Microbial metabolic pathway engineering is a potent strategy used worldwide to produce aromatic compounds. We drastically rewired the primary metabolic pathway of Escherichia coli to produce aromatics and their derivatives. The metabolic pathway of E. coli was compartmentalized into the production and energy modules. We focused on the pyruvate-forming reaction in the biosynthesis pathway of some compounds as the reaction connecting those modules. E. coli strains were engineered to show no growth unless pyruvate was synthesized along with the compounds of interest production. Production of salicylate and maleate was demonstrated to confirm our strategy's versatility. In maleate production, the production, yield against the theoretical yield, and production rate reached 12.0 g L−1, 67%, and up to fourfold compared to that in previous reports, respectively; these are the highest values of maleate production in microbes to our knowledge. The results reveal that our strategy strongly promotes the production of aromatics and their derivatives.  相似文献

On the basis of our previous studies of microbial L-valine production under oxygen deprivation, we developed isobutanol-producing Corynebacterium glutamicum strains. The artificial isobutanol synthesis pathway was composed of the first three steps of the L-valine synthesis pathway; and the subsequent Ehrlich Pathway: pyruvate was converted to 2-ketoisovalerate in the former reactions; and the 2-keto acid was decarboxylated into isobutyraldehyde, and subsequently reduced into isobutanol in the latter reactions. Although there exists redox cofactor imbalance in the overall reactions, i.e., NADH is generated via glycolysis whereas NADPH is required to synthesize isobutanol, it was resolved by taking advantage of the NAD-preferring mutant acetohydroxy acid isomeroreductase encoded by ilvCTM and the NAD-specific alcohol dehydrogenase encoded by adhA. Each enzyme activity to synthesize isobutanol was finely tuned by using two kinds of lac promoter derivatives. Efficient suppression of succinate by-production and improvement of isobutanol yield resulted from inactivation of pckA, which encodes phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase, whereas glucose consumption and isobutanol production rates decreased because of the elevated intracellular NADH/NAD+ ratio. On the other hand, introduction of the exogenous Entner–Doudoroff pathway effectively enhanced glucose consumption and productivity. Overexpression of phosphoenolpyruvate:carbohydrate phosphotransferase system specific to glucose and deletion of ilvE, which encodes branched-chain amino acid transaminase, further suppressed by-products and improved isobutanol productivity. Finally, the produced isobutanol concentration reached 280 mM at a yield of 84% (mol/mol glucose) in 24 h.  相似文献

ObjectiveWearable activity monitors are promising tools for improving metabolic outcomes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM); however, no uniform conclusive evidence is available. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of the intervention using wearable activity monitors on blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid, weight, waist circumference, and body mass index (BMI) in individuals with T2DM.MethodsTwo independent reviewers searched 4 online databases (PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and Embase) to identify relevant studies published from January 2000 to October 2022. The primary outcome indicator was hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), and the secondary outcome indicators included physical activity (steps per day), fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, BMI, waist circumference, and weight.ResultsA total of 25 studies were included. The HbA1c level (standardized mean difference [SMD], −0.14; 95% confidence interval [CI], −0.27 to −0.02; P = .02; I2 = 48%), BMI (SMD, −0.16; 95% CI, −0.26 to −0.05; P = .002; I2 = 0), waist circumference (SMD, −0.21; 95% CI, −0.34 to −0.09; P < .001; I2 = 0), and steps/day (SMD, 0.55; 95% CI, 0.36-0.94; P < .001; I2 = 77%) significantly improved.ConclusionWearable activity monitor–based interventions could facilitate the improvement of the HbA1c level, BMI, and waist circumference and increase in physical activity in individuals with T2DM. Wearable technology appeared to be an effective tool for the self-management of T2DM; however, there is insufficient evidence about its long-term effect.  相似文献

Methyl ketones present a group of highly reduced platform chemicals industrially produced from petroleum-derived hydrocarbons. They find applications in the fragrance, flavor, pharmacological, and agrochemical industries, and are further discussed as biodiesel blends. In recent years, intense research has been carried out to achieve sustainable production of these molecules by re-arranging the fatty acid metabolism of various microbes. One challenge in the development of a highly productive microbe is the high demand for reducing power. Here, we engineered Pseudomonas taiwanensis VLB120 for methyl ketone production as this microbe has been shown to sustain exceptionally high NAD(P)H regeneration rates. The implementation of published strategies resulted in 2.1 g Laq−1 methyl ketones in fed-batch fermentation. We further increased the production by eliminating competing reactions suggested by metabolic analyses. These efforts resulted in the production of 9.8 g Laq−1 methyl ketones (corresponding to 69.3 g Lorg−1 in the in situ extraction phase) at 53% of the maximum theoretical yield. This represents a 4-fold improvement in product titer compared to the initial production strain and the highest titer of recombinantly produced methyl ketones reported to date. Accordingly, this study underlines the high potential of P. taiwanensis VLB120 to produce methyl ketones and emphasizes model-driven metabolic engineering to rationalize and accelerate strain optimization efforts.  相似文献

The microbial production of chemicals and fuels from plant biomass offers a sustainable alternative to fossilized carbon but requires high rates and yields of bioproduct synthesis. Z. mobilis is a promising chassis microbe due to its high glycolytic rate in anaerobic conditions that are favorable for large-scale production. However, diverting flux from its robust ethanol fermentation pathway to nonnative pathways remains a major engineering hurdle. To enable controlled, high-yield synthesis of bioproducts, we implemented a central-carbon metabolism control-valve strategy using regulated, ectopic expression of pyruvate decarboxylase (Pdc) and deletion of chromosomal pdc. Metabolomic and genetic analyses revealed that glycolytic intermediates and NADH accumulate when Pdc is depleted and that Pdc is essential for anaerobic growth of Z. mobilis. Aerobically, all flux can be redirected to a 2,3-butanediol pathway for which respiration maintains redox balance. Anaerobically, flux can be redirected to redox-balanced lactate or isobutanol pathways with ≥65% overall yield from glucose. This strategy provides a promising path for future metabolic engineering of Z. mobilis.  相似文献

The constancy of the activation energy of metabolism (E) for all living organisms is one of the most impressive, though controversial, statements of the modern metabolic theory of evolution. According to WBE-theory suggested by West, Brown, and Enquist, E should be in the range from −0.6 to −0.7 eV. However, there are many examples of significant deviations of E from the predictions of the theory. Now we have conducted a study of this value using rats in different types of pharmacological hypothermia: 1. Short-term (for several hours) hypothermia induced by anesthetic xylazine; 2. Daily torpor-like state induced by the pharmacological composition developed in our previous study. It has been found that in pharmacological daily hypothermia E = −0.56 ± 0.03 eV, which was close to that in daily heterotherms found in literature, E = −0.57 ± 0.04 eV. In short-term hypothermia E was substantially lower, E = −0.17 ± 0.071 eV. Our analysis revealed that in short-term hypothermia, changes in body temperature may lag behind changes in metabolic rate for a period Δt, affecting E. We propose an approach for estimating Δt and obtaining an adjusted E = −0.68 ± 0.17 eV, which corresponds to theoretical predictions. We assume that a similar consideration of Δt should be done when calculating E of daily heterotherms. We assume that in ectotherms, when the ambient temperature changes rapidly, changes in metabolic rate may lag behind changes in body temperature for a period (−) Δt, that should also be considered in E calculations. The proposed approach may contribute to the further development of the metabolic theory of evolution and may be useful in comparing artificial and natural hypothermia, as well as in studying the energy transformations in ecosystems.  相似文献

Ceramides (CERs) are key intermediate sphingolipids implicated in contributing to mitochondrial dysfunction and the development of multiple metabolic conditions. Despite the growing evidence of CER role in disease risk, kinetic methods to measure CER turnover are lacking, particularly using in vivo models. The utility of orally administered 13C3, 15N l-serine, dissolved in drinking water, was tested to quantify CER 18:1/16:0 synthesis in 10-week-old male and female C57Bl/6 mice. To generate isotopic labeling curves, animals consumed either a control diet or high-fat diet (HFD; n = 24/diet) for 2 weeks and varied in the duration of the consumption of serine-labeled water (0, 1, 2, 4, 7, or 12 days; n = 4 animals/day/diet). Unlabeled and labeled hepatic and mitochondrial CERs were quantified using liquid chromatography tandem MS. Total hepatic CER content did not differ between the two diet groups, whereas total mitochondrial CERs increased with HFD feeding (60%, P < 0.001). Within hepatic and mitochondrial pools, HFD induced greater saturated CER concentrations (P < 0.05) and significantly elevated absolute turnover of 16:0 mitochondrial CER (mitochondria: 59%, P < 0.001 vs. liver: 15%, P = 0.256). The data suggest cellular redistribution of CERs because of the HFD. These data demonstrate that a 2-week HFD alters the turnover and content of mitochondrial CERs. Given the growing data on CERs contributing to hepatic mitochondrial dysfunction and the progression of multiple metabolic diseases, this method may now be used to investigate how CER turnover is altered in these conditions.  相似文献

Avoidable or inappropriate nitrogen (N) fertilizer rates harmfully affect the yield production and ecological value. Therefore, the aims of this study were to optimize the rate and timings of N fertilizer to maximize yield components and photosynthetic parameter of soybean. This field experiment consists of five fertilizer N rates: 0, 75, 150, 225 and 300 kg N ha−1 arranged in main plots and four N fertilization timings: V5 (trifoliate leaf), R2 (full flowering stage) and R4 (full poding stage), and R6 (full seeding stage) growth stages organized as subplots. Results revealed that 225 kg N ha−1 significantly enhanced grain yield components, total chlorophyll (Chl), photosynthetic rate (PN), and total dry biomass and N accumulation by 20%, 16%, 28%, 7% and 12% at R4 stage of soybean. However, stomatal conductance (gs), leaf area index (LAI), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) and transpiration rate (E) were increased by 12%, 88%, 10%, 18% at R6 stage under 225 kg N ha−1. Grain yield was significantly associated with photosynthetic characteristics of soybean. In conclusion, the amount of nitrogen 225 kg ha−1 at R4 and R6 stages effectively promoted the yield components and photosynthetic characteristics of soybean.  相似文献

The transformation of 4-hydroxybenzoate (4-HBA) to protocatechuate (PCA) is catalyzed by flavoprotein oxygenases known as para-hydroxybenzoate-3-hydroxylases (PHBHs). In Pseudomonas putida KT2440 (P. putida) strains engineered to convert lignin-related aromatic compounds to muconic acid (MA), PHBH activity is rate-limiting, as indicated by the accumulation of 4-HBA, which ultimately limits MA productivity. Here, we hypothesized that replacement of PobA, the native P. putida PHBH, with PraI, a PHBH from Paenibacillus sp. JJ-1b with a broader nicotinamide cofactor preference, could alleviate this bottleneck. Biochemical assays confirmed the strict preference of NADPH for PobA, while PraI can utilize either NADH or NADPH. Kinetic assays demonstrated that both PobA and PraI can utilize NADPH with comparable catalytic efficiency and that PraI also efficiently utilizes NADH at roughly half the catalytic efficiency. The X-ray crystal structure of PraI was solved and revealed absolute conservation of the active site architecture to other PHBH structures despite their differing cofactor preferences. To understand the effect in vivo, we compared three P. putida strains engineered to produce MA from p-coumarate (pCA), showing that expression of praI leads to lower 4-HBA accumulation and decreased NADP+/NADPH ratios relative to strains harboring pobA, indicative of a relieved 4-HBA bottleneck due to increased NADPH availability. In bioreactor cultivations, a strain exclusively expressing praI achieved a titer of 40 g/L MA at 100% molar yield and a productivity of 0.5 g/L/h. Overall, this study demonstrates the benefit of sampling readily available natural enzyme diversity for debottlenecking metabolic flux in an engineered strain for microbial conversion of lignin-derived compounds to value-added products.  相似文献

ObjectiveIn type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) management, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)-derived parameters can provide additional insights, with time in range (TIR) and other parameters reflecting glycemic control and variability being put forward. This study aimed to examine the added and interpretative value of the CGM-derived indices TIR and coefficient of variation (CV%) in T1DM patients stratified according to their level of glycemic control by means of HbA1C.MethodsT1DM patients with a minimum disease duration of 10 years and without known macrovascular disease were enrolled. Patients were equipped with a blinded CGM device for 7 days. TIR and time spent in hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia were determined, and CV% was used as a parameter for glycemic variability. Pearson (r) and Spearman correlations (rs) and a regression analysis were used to examine associations.ResultsNinety-five patients (age: 45 ± 10 years; HbA1C level: 7.7% ± 0.8% [61 ± 7 mmol/mol]) were included (mean blood glucose [MBG]: 159 ± 31 mg/dL; TIR: 55.8% ± 14.9%; CV%: 43.5% ± 7.8%) and labeled as having good (HbA1C level ≤7% [≤53 mmol/mol]; n = 20), moderate (7%-8%; n = 44), or poor (>8% [>64 mmol/mol]; n = 31) glycemic control. HbA1C was significantly associated with MBG (rs = 0.48, P < .001) and time spent in hyperglycemia (total: rs = 0.52; level 2: r = 0.46; P < .001) but not with time spent in hypoglycemia and CV%, even after an analysis of the HbA1C subgroups. Similarly, TIR was negatively associated with HbA1C (r = 0.53; P < .001), MBG (rs = 0.81; P < .001), and time spent in hyperglycemia (total: rs = 0.90; level 2: rs = 0.84; P < .001) but not with time in hypoglycemia. The subgroup analyses, however, showed that TIR was associated with shorter time spent in level-2 hypoglycemia in patients with good (rs = 0.60; P = .007) and moderate (rs = 0.25; P = .047) glycemic control. In contrast, CV% was strongly positively associated with time in hypoglycemia (total: rs = 0.78; level 2: rs = 0.76; P < .001) but not with TIR or time in hyperglycemia in the entire cohort, although the subgroup analyses showed that TIR was negatively associated with CV% in patients with good glycemic control (r = 0.81, P < .001) and positively associated in patients with poor glycemic control (r = +0.47; P < .01).ConclusionThe CGM-derived metrics TIR and CV% are related to clinically important situations, TIR being strongly dependent on hyperglycemia and CV% being reflective of hypoglycemic risk. However, the interpretation and applicability of TIR and CV% and their relationship depends on the level of glycemic control of the individual patient, with CV% generally adding less clinically relevant information in those with poor control. This illustrates the need for further research and evaluation of composite measures of glycemic control in T1DM.  相似文献

ObjectiveProlactin (PRL) is a polypeptide hormone named for its crucial role in lactation. Recently, PRL has been recognized as a metabolic hormone that regulates energy metabolism. The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between circulating PRL and metabolic alterations in overweight/obese patients and the effect of weight loss through bariatric surgery on circulating PRL.MethodsA total of 448 overweight/obese patients aged between 18 and 40 years and 120 age- and sex-matched healthy controls with normal weight were enrolled. Among all participants, 156 obese patients underwent bariatric surgery.ResultsCirculating PRL levels were significantly increased in the overweight (15.27 ± 9.58 μg/L) and obese (17.75 ± 9.15 μg/L) groups compared with the normal weight (13.57 ± 9.03 μg/L) group. Multiple regression analyses demonstrated that the adipose tissue insulin resistance (adipo-IR) level was an independent predictor for PRL (β = −0.451, P < .01). Despite comparable anthropometric parameters, the overweight/obese patients with a higher PRL tertile had decreased levels of triglycerides, nonesterified fatty acids, homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance, and adipo-IR compared with the patients in the moderate and lower PRL tertiles. Serum PRL levels were significantly decreased following the alleviation of metabolic parameters after bariatric surgery (from 17.12 ± 8.27 to 13.00 ± 5.78 μg/L, P < .05), and the decrease in PRL levels was significantly greater in the lower adipo-IR group than in the higher adipo-IR group (P < .01).ConclusionAn increased serum PRL level might be an adaptive response for protecting against metabolic disorders in obesity.  相似文献

Cucurbita moschata D. seed oil contains approximately 75% unsaturated fatty acids, with high levels of monounsaturated fatty acids and antioxidant compounds such as vitamin E and carotenoids, constituting a promising food in nutritional terms. In addition, the Brazilian germplasm of C. moschata exhibits remarkable variability, representing an important source for the genetic breeding of this vegetable and other cucurbits. The present study evaluated the productivity and profile of the seed oil of 91C. moschata accessions from different regions of Brazil maintained in the Vegetable Germplasm Bank of the Federal University of Viçosa (BGH-UFV). A field experiment was conducted between January and July 2016. The accessions showed high genetic variability in terms of characteristics related to seed oil productivity (SOP), such as the weight of seeds per fruit and productivity of seeds, providing predicted selection gains of 29.39 g and 0.26 t ha?1, respectively. Based on the phenotypic and genotypic correlations, a greater SOP can be achieved while maintaining a high oleic acid concentration and low linoleic acid concentration, providing oil of better nutritional and chemical quality. In the variability analysis, the accessions were clustered into five groups, which had different averages for SOP and fatty acid concentration of seed oil, an approach that will guide the use of appropriate germplasm in programs aimed at genetic breeding for SOP and seed oil profile. Per se analysis identified BGH-4610, BGH-5485A, BGH-6590, BGH-5556A, BGH-5472A, and BGH-5544A as the most promising accessions in terms of SOP, with an average (μ + g) of approximately 0.20 t ha?1. The most promising accessions for a higher oleic acid concentration of seed oil were BGH-5456A, BGH-3333A, BGH-5361A, BGH-5472A, BGH-5544A, BGH-5453A, and BGH-1749, with an average (μ + g) of approximately 30%, almost all of which were also the most promising in terms of a lower linoleic acid concentration of the seed oil, with an average (μ + g) of approximately 45%. Part of the C. moschata accessions evaluated in the present study can serve as a promising resource in genetic breeding programs for SOP and fatty acid profile, aiming at the production of oil with better nutritional and physicochemical quality.  相似文献

Alpha/beta hydrolase domain-containing protein 4 (ABHD4) catalyzes the deacylation of N-acyl phosphatidyl-ethanolamine (NAPE) and lyso-NAPE to produce glycerophospho-N-acyl ethanolamine (GP-NAE). Through a variety of metabolic enzymes, NAPE, lyso-NAPE, and GP-NAE are ultimately converted into NAE, a group of bioactive lipids that control many physiological processes including inflammation, cognition, food intake, and lipolysis (i.e., oleoylethanolamide or OEA). In a diet-induced obese mouse model, adipose tissue Abhd4 gene expression positively correlated with adiposity. However, it is unknown whether Abhd4 is a causal or a reactive gene to obesity. To fill this knowledge gap, we generated an Abhd4 knockout (KO) 3T3-L1 pre-adipocyte. During adipogenic stimulation, Abhd4 KO pre-adipocytes had increased adipogenesis and lipid accumulation, suggesting Abhd4 is responding to (a reactive gene), not contributing to (not a causal gene), adiposity, and may serve as a mechanism for protecting against obesity. However, we did not observe any differences in adiposity and metabolic outcomes between whole-body Abhd4 KO or adipocyte-specific Abhd4 KO mice and their littermate control mice (both male and female) on chow or a high-fat diet. This might be because we found that deletion of Abhd4 did not affect NAE such as OEA production, even though Abhd4 was highly expressed in adipose tissue and correlated with fasting adipose OEA levels and lipolysis. These data suggest that ABHD4 regulates adipocyte differentiation in vitro but does not affect adipose tissue lipid metabolism in mice despite nutrient overload, possibly due to compensation from other NAPE and NAE metabolic enzymes.  相似文献

Duckweed is recognized as a phytoremediation aquatic plant due to the production of large biomass and a high level of tolerance in stressed conditions. A laboratory experiment was conducted to investigate antioxidant response and mechanism of copper and mercury tolerance of S. polyrhiza (L.) Schleid. To understand the changes in chlorophyll content, MDA, proline, and activities of ROS-scavenging enzymes (SOD, CAT, GPOD) during the accumulation of Cu+2 and Hg+2, S. polyrhiza were exposed to various concentrations of Cu+2 (0.0–40 μM) and Hg+2 (0.0–0.4 μM). antioxidant activity initially indicated enhancing trend with application of 10 μM Cu+2; 0.2 μM Hg+2 (SOD), of 20 μM Cu+2; 0.2 μM Hg+2 (CAT) and of 10 μM Cu+2;0.2 μM Hg+2 (GPOD) and then decreased consistently up to 40 μM Cu+2 and 0.4 μM Hg+2. In the experiment chlorophyll and frond multiplication initially showed increasing tendency and decreased gradually with the application of increased metal concentration. Application of heavy metal has constantly enhanced proline and MDA content while the maximum increase was observed with the application of 40 μM Cu; 0.4 μM Hg for proline and MDA respectively. The upregulation of antioxidant enzymes and proline reveals that S. polyrhiza has strong biochemical strategies to deal with the heavy metal toxicity induced by the accumulation of Cu+2 and Hg+2.  相似文献

Violacein, a blue-violet compound with a wide range of beneficial bioactivities, is an attractive product for microbial production. Currently, violacein production has been demonstrated in several sugar heterotrophs through metabolic engineering; however, the cost of production remains an obstacle for business ventures. To address this issue, the development of host strains that can utilize inexpensive alternative substrates to reduce production costs would enable the commercialization of violacein. In this study, we engineered a facultative methylotroph, Methylorubrum extorquens AM1, to develop a methanol-based platform for violacein production. By optimizing expression vectors as well as inducer concentrations, 11.7 mg/L violacein production was first demonstrated using methanol as the sole substrate. Considering that unidentified bottlenecks for violacein biosynthesis in the shikimate pathway of M. extorquens AM1 would be difficult to address using generic metabolic engineering approaches, random mutagenesis and site-directed mutagenesis were implemented, and a 2-fold improvement in violacein production was achieved. Finally, by co-utilization of methanol and acetate, a remarkable enhancement of violacein production to 118 mg/L was achieved. Our results establish a platform strain for violacein production from non-sugar feedstocks, which may contribute to the development of an economically efficient large-scale fermentation system for violacein production.  相似文献

IntroductionConflicting results regarding the impact of left common pulmonary vein (LCPV) on clinical outcome of atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation with cryoballoon technology have been reported.MethodsWe systematically searched PubMed and Cochrane library for articles that compared the arrhythmia recurrence rate after cryoballoon ablation between patients with normal pattern PVs and patients with LCPV. Studies of first ablation for persistent and paroxysmal AF using the 28 mm Arctic Front Advance, Medtronic cryoballoon (CB-A) reporting clinical success rates at a mean follow-up of ≥12 months were included. Data were analyzed by applying a random effects model.ResultsA total of 5 studies with a total of 1178 patients met our predefined inclusion criteria. After a mean follow-up of 18.4 months, the overall success rate of CB-A ablation among patients with persistent and paroxysmal AF was 57%; in the LCPV group the success rate was 46% and in the normal anatomical pattern group it was 61%. No significant heterogeneity was noted among the studies (I2 = 35.8%; Q (df = 3) = 6.23 p-value = 0.18). Arrhythmia recurrence after CB-A ablation was not statistically significant between the two groups (LogOR 0.24; 95% CI [-0.16-0.63]; p-value = 0.23). No significant difference in PNI was observed between the two groups (p-value = 0.693).ConclusionThe presence of LCPV does not affect the long-term outcome of paroxysmal and persistent atrial fibrillation ablation with 28 mm CB-A compared to normal left PVs pattern.  相似文献

Endomorphin (EM)-1 and EM-2 are the most effective endogenous analgesics with efficient separation of analgesia from the risk of adverse effects. Poor metabolic stability and ineffective analgesia after peripheral administration were detrimental for the use of EMs as novel clinical analgesics. Therefore, here, we aimed to establish new EM analogs via introducing different bifunctional d-amino acids at position 2 of [(2-furyl)Map4]EMs. The combination of [(2-furyl)Map4]EMs with D-Arg2 or D-Cit2 yielded analogs with enhanced binding affinity to the μ-opioid receptor (MOR) and increased stability against enzymatic degradation (t1/2 > 300 min). However, the agonistic activities of these analogs toward MOR were slightly reduced. Similar to morphine, peripheral administration of the analog [D-Cit2, (2-furyl)Map4]EM-1 (10) significantly inhibited the pain behavior of mice in multiple pain models. In addition, this EM-1 analog was associated with reduced tolerance, less effect on gastrointestinal mobility, and no significant motor impairment. Compared to natural EMs, the EM analogs synthesized herein had enhanced metabolic stability, bioavailability, and analgesic properties.  相似文献
