The recent worldwide effort to transfer all non‐Australian taxa of Acacia s.l. mostly to the genera Senegalia and Vachellia follows the acceptance of the proposed re‐typification of the genus with an Australian species. The Madagascan species have, as yet, not been included in phylogenetic studies of Acacia s.l. and their position in the new generic classification of Acacia s.l. is therefore still unclear. In this study, plastid DNA sequence data were generated for seven Madagascan species, included in existing matrices for Acacia s.l. and analysed to assess the placement of these species. The results indicate that the Madagascan species are placed either in Senegalia or Vachellia and conform to the morphological characters used to distinguish these genera, despite some taxa having unusual red flowers. New combinations are formalized for Senegalia baronii , S . hildebrandtii , S . kraussiana ssp. madagascariensis , S . menabeensis , S . meridionalis , S . pervillei , S . pervillei ssp. pubescens , S . polhillii , S . sakalava , S . sakalava ssp. hispida , V achellia bellula , V . myrmecophila and V . vigueri . 黑茶砖茶中两种产生“金花”的曲霉菌 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
"金花"是曲霉属Aspergillus真菌在黑茶后发酵过程中,在砖茶内部形成的黄色闭囊壳。从广西和湖南产的黑茶砖茶中分离获得2株"金花菌",均能在培养基上形成闭囊壳。根据分离菌株的培养特征和微观形态特征及β-微管蛋白基因(Ben A)、钙调蛋白基因(Ca M)及RNA聚合酶Ⅱ基因(RPB2)的系统发育分析,参照Hubka最新的曲霉属曲霉组Aspergillus section Aspergillus分类系统,将分离菌株分别鉴定为假灰绿曲霉A.pseudoglaucus及冠突曲霉A.cristatus。另外,通过扫描电镜对这2株"金花菌"进行了形态观察,并记录了菌株A672闭囊壳的发育过程。在广西产砖茶中分离鉴定出的"金花菌"假灰绿曲霉为国内首次报道。通过比较,将过去湖南产砖茶中广泛报道的"金花菌"冠突散囊菌修订为冠突曲霉A.cristatus。黑茶茶砖中"金花菌"的分离与鉴定对于黑茶品种的鉴别和质量评价具有重要指导意义。 相似文献

Taxonomy of the little‐studied brown algal species Punctaria mageshimensis (Ectocarpales s.l.) was reexamined by molecular phylogeny and morphology. In the genetic analyses of newly collected specimens using plastid rbcL and psaA gene sequences, the specimens morphologically referable to P. mageshimensis were phylogenetically distant from Ectocarpales s.l. and were included in the clade of Spatoglossum (Dictyotales). Morphological reexamination of the type specimen and newly collected specimens confirmed its systematic position in Dictyotales: Branched thallus; cushion‐shaped rhizoidal holdfast occasionally forming secondary holdfast at the bottom of the thallus; many discoidal plastids without pyrenoid per cell; tetrasporangium‐like reproductive structures with dark, homogeneous cell content; occurrence of hair tufts. Genetically P. mageshimensis was most related to a reported sequence of Spatoglossum asperum, but P. mageshimensis was considerably different from S. asperum as well as other known Spatoglossum species in the deep habitat and in having scarcely‐branched lanceolate and considerably thickened thallus. In conclusion, we propose the transfer of P. mageshimensis to Spatoglossum as S. mageshimense comb. nov. 相似文献

A survey of morphological characters is carried out for Stapeliopsis . The information obtained from this is combined with molecular data from the plastid trn L-F DNA region and ITS1 of the nuclear encoded 18S−26S rRNA cistron, to obtain a hypothesis of the evolutionary relationships among the species. It is shown that Stapeliopsis is monophyletic in a combined molecular and morphological analysis. Stapeliopsis is sister to a clade containing Huernia , Orbea and Tromotriche . The species of Stapeliopsis group into two clades. One contains S. khamiesbergensis , S. neronis and S. urniflora , and this is highly supported. The remaining species fall into an unsupported clade in which S. exasperata is sister to the others. The genera Hermanschwartzia Plowes and Neopectinaria Plowes are rejected. It is shown that a synapomorphy for Stapeliopsis is the laterally flattened inner corona-lobes, which touch the anthers only at their bases. Introduction. During a field excursion in Guizhou Province, China, we collected some interesting moss specimens with branch leaves subulate in the upper part, partially and variably bistratose laminae, and a Macromitrium-like epiphytic growth habit on tree trunks. We present morphological and phylogenetic arguments for recognising these plants as a new moss species in the genus Macromitrium Brid. (Orthotrichaceae).Methods. We compared the morphology of the potential new species with closely related species of Macromitrium, and constructed a phylogenetic tree based on ITS2, trnL and trnG including sampling from 14 other morphologically similar species of Macromitrium.Key results. The proposed new species belongs to the genus Macromitrium (Orthotrichaceae, Musci). It is closely related to M. gymnostomum Sull. & Lesq. in the phylogenetic tree and according to gametophytic morphological features, represents a hitherto undescribed species.Conclusions. A new moss species, Macromitrium maolanense Zeyou Zhang, D.D.Li, Jing Yu & S.L.Guo, is described and illustrated. The new species can be distinguished from all congeners by the combination of the following features of the branch leaves: (1) oblong-lanceolate, lanceolate to linear-lanceolate, gradually narrowed to an easily broken subula; (2) rather obscure upper and medial cells, often with blackish stains among cells, densely pluripapillose; (3) variably and partially bistratose laminae in the upper 1/3 portion; (4) basal cells clear, hyaline and smooth, those near costae forming a ‘cancellina region’; and (5) with numerous brownish, clavate gemmae on upper portion. Two Orthotrichum species of the subgenus Orthophyllum were compared with other representatives of this genus using internally transcribed spacer regions 1 and 2, the chloroplast trn H-psbA region, and inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) and intron-exon splice conjunction (ISJ) markers. The ISSR and ISJ markers used revealed many bands and mutations specific only to O. Gymnostomum and O. Obtusifolium. Phylogenetic analysis clearly supported previous concepts postulating that species of the subgenus Orthophyllum should be recognized as the separate genus Nyholmiella. 相似文献

报道生于蓼科植物头花蓼Polygonum capitatum叶片上的小帽壳孢属Pilidiella一新种。对该种结合形态描述及分子系统学分析明晰其分类地位。其主要形态特征是分生孢子器球形或近球形,分生孢子梭形至长椭圆形,基部钝尖,27.9-34.2×5.4-7.6µm,长宽比4.7-5.8,明显区别于该属其他种,故将其定为新种,命名为贵州小帽壳孢Pilidiella guizhouensis。研究标本保藏于贵州大学农学院植物病理学实验室(HGUP)。 相似文献

依据形态学和分子系统学研究结果,描述了产自中国甘肃省的狭义丝盖伞属2个新种,即拟黄囊丝盖伞Inocybe muricellatoides和甘肃丝盖伞I. gansuensis。对新种的ITS、LSU和rpb2片段进行了测序和分析,并提供了详细描述、线条图、生态照片及与相似种的区别。拟黄囊丝盖伞以菌盖翘起的鳞片、菌柄纤维状、孢子光滑和厚壁的侧生囊状体为主要识别特征。甘肃丝盖伞具有粗壮的子实体、较大的孢子和厚壁侧生囊状体。基于LSU和rpb2联合数据的分子系统发育分析显示这两个新种隶属于狭义丝盖伞属且分别占据独特的分支。 相似文献

Rhus gall aphids (Fordinae : Melaphidini) have a disjunct distribution in East Asia and North America and have specific host plant relationships. Some of them are of economic importance and all species form sealed galls which show great variation in shape, size, structure, and galling‐site. We present a phylogeny incorporating ten species and four subspecies of Rhus gall aphids based on 1694 base pairs of nuclear elongation factor‐1α (EF1α) and mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit II (COII) DNA sequence data. The results suggest that Melaphidini is monophyletic and at the genus level, Schlechtendalia, Nurudea, and Floraphis were each monophyletic. Kaburagia and Meitanaphis were not monophyletic and therefore inconsistent with the current classification. The North American sumac gall aphid, Melaphis rhois, was most closely related to the East Asian Floraphis species, although this was poorly supported. The conservation of gall morphology with respect to aphid phylogeny rather than their host plants suggests that gall morphology is largely determined by the aphids. While there is no evidence of strict co‐speciation between the aphids and their primary host plants, switching between recently diverged host plants may be involved in the speciation process in Melaphidini. 相似文献

Halosarpheia unicellularis sp. nov. is described from decayed attached wood ofAvicennia marina collected from two mangrove sites in the Red Sea, Egypt. The ascomycete is compared with other marine taxa having ascospores with polar unfurling appendages. It is also compared with other marine genera with oval, round or ellipsoid hyaline, unicellular ascospores, but for which appendages have not been reported. We present the fifth edition of the TimeTree of Life resource (TToL5), a product of the timetree of life project that aims to synthesize published molecular timetrees and make evolutionary knowledge easily accessible to all. Using the TToL5 web portal, users can retrieve published studies and divergence times between species, the timeline of a species’ evolution beginning with the origin of life, and the timetree for a given evolutionary group at the desired taxonomic rank. TToL5 contains divergence time information on 137,306 species, 41% more than the previous edition. The TToL5 web interface is now Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant and mobile-friendly, a result of comprehensive source code refactoring. TToL5 also offers programmatic access to species divergence times and timelines through an application programming interface, which is accessible at timetree.temple.edu/api. 苋科(Amaranthaceae sensu lato)是石竹目(Caryophyllales)第二大科, 目前被普遍接受的苋科为其广义概念, 含狭义苋科(Amaranthaceae sensu stricto)和藜科(Chenopodiaceae)。然而到目前为止, 藜科是否应作为独立的科还存在争议。此外, 广义苋科内部各亚科之间的系统关系也尚未厘清。对广义苋科所有13个亚科代表类群进行取样(共59种), 基于8个叶绿体序列片段重建其系统发育关系, 并结合分子钟估算, 对该科及其主要分支的起源与分化时间进行推测。结果表明, 广义苋科与狭义苋科都是很好的单系, 但藜科并非单系, 因此不支持藜科在科级水平的地位, 支持广义苋科的观点。除了多节草亚科(Polycnemoideae)之外, 其它亚科的系统位置均得到很好的分辨。分子钟估算结果表明, 广义苋科于白垩纪晚期约69.9 Ma分化出该科的2个主要分支, 且该科在白垩纪-古近纪边界附近时期(约66.0 Ma)可能发生过快速辐射分化事件。 相似文献
