黄鹌菜的化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性研究

通过硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等多种柱色谱技术以及制备HPLC等对黄鹌菜(Youngia japonica)甲醇提取物进行分离,根据核磁波谱技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定。利用MTT法筛选影响三阴性乳腺癌(MDA-MB-231)细胞生长的化合物,进一步利用克隆形成实验,Hoechst33342/PI双染色法,Annexin V-FITC/PI双染以及Western blot检测候选化合物对乳腺癌和结直肠癌的抑制效果及可能的作用机制。从黄鹌菜中分离到5个单体化合物,经核磁共振谱鉴定为grosheimin (1),4-(3′-hydroxypropyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphnol-3′-O-β-D-glcoside (2),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(4),芹菜素(5)。通过活性筛选发现grosheimin能显著降低三阴性乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-231的活力。明视野下观察到在不同浓度grosheimin处理下,MDA-MB-231和结直肠癌(HCT-116)细胞形态发生明显改变;grosheimin作用24 ...     

两种过路黄的核型研究

对国产报春花科珍珠菜属植物过路黄和疏节过路黄的核型进行了首次报道。过路黄染色体数目为２ｎ＝２４,核型公式为２ｎ＝２４＝２ｍ＋４ｓｍ＋６ｓｔ＋１２ｔ,核型类型“３Ａ”;疏节过路黄染色体数目为２ｎ＝２２,核型公式为２ｎ＝２２＝４ｍ＋６ｓｍ＋１０ｔ,核型类型“３Ａ”。

中国菊科新植物

Species nostra Y. lanatas Babcoc. et Stebbins affinis sed foliis glabris differt. Herba parva perennis, radice gracili, 1—1. 5 mm vel vix 1 mm in diametro. Caulisgracillimus, 3—5 cm altus, basi 0. 2—0. 3 mm in diametro, reliquiis petiolorum veterumbrunneis vel pallide nigrescentibus, simplex vel e basi 1-vel 2-ramosus, ramis pergracilibus     

中国珍珠菜属(报春花科)一新种——右旋过路黄

对新种右旋过路黄Lysimachia dextrorsiflora X. P. Zhang, X. H. Guo &; J. W. Shao进行了描述和绘图。该新种产于中国安徽和福建, 因茎匍匐, 叶对生, 花黄色, 单生叶腋与过路黄L. christinae Hance近缘, 但其花冠裂片在蕾期右旋(顺时针)旋转排列(俯视), 花梗通常长于叶片与叶柄长之和, 花期4月初至5月初而不同。     

祁门过路黄和过路黄核型的比较研究

报道了祁门过路黄和过路黄的核型。前者核型公式为2n=2x=24=6m 6sin 6st 6t,为首次报道;后者核型公式为2n=2x=24=2m 4sm 6st 12t。与前人报道一致．并进一步对二者的核型进行比较分析。根据核型和外部形态特征的综合分析,祁门过路黄和过路黄的差异水平已明显超过种内变异水平,故将祁门过路黄独立出来,另立新种,是比较恰当的。     

白叶香茶菜的化学成分

从白叶香茶菜(Rabdosia leucophylla(Dunn)Hara)地上部分的乙醇提取物中分离出5个化合物,根据其波谱分析并结合化学方法分别鉴定为:白叶香茶菜戊素(1)、白叶香茶菜己素(2)、信阳冬凌草甲素(3)、maslinic acid(4)和胡萝卜甙(5)。其中1和2为新化合物,2的结构还通过X-单晶衍射得到证实。     

西藏睡菜科一新记录属——莕菜属

报道西藏一个新记录属,是睡菜科(Menyanthaceae)的莕菜属(Nymphoides),并报道该地区的一个新记录种,即莕菜(Nym phoides peltatum(Gmel.)O.Kuntze).     

峨眉山菊三七属植物二新种

描述了四川峨眉山（菊科）菊三七属二新种,即胖儿参与峨眉菊三七。     

Stachyurus himalaicus ssp.purpureus，a new subspecies of Stachyuraceae from eastern Himalaya

Stachyurus himalaicus ssp. purpureus Y. P. Zhu&Z. Y. Zhang,a new subspecies of Stachyuraceae from eastern Himalaya,is described. It differs from the typical subspecies,S. hi-malaicus ssp. himalaicus,by having purplish pink to dark purple flowers. The new subspecies oc-curs in Xizang（Tibet）of China,E Nepal,Sikkim,Bhutan,and NE India,usually growing in dense forests at an altitude between2200and3300m.

Opioid receptor agonists in the rabbit colon: comparison of in vivo and in vitro studies

Myoelectrical activity was recorded in the proximal and distal colon of rabbits using chronically implanted electrodes. The motility in both the proximal and distal colon was inhibited by the intravenous (IV) administration of the following opioid agonists for mu receptors: morphine and fentanyl, kappa receptors: ethylketazocine (EKC) and U 50 488 H, and delta receptors: D-Ala2 D-Leu5-enkephalin (DADLE) and D-Ser2 Leu-enkephalin-Thr6 (DSLET). In contrast, the myoelectric activity in the distal colon was increased during the infusion of an endogenous kappa opioid agonist, dynorphin (DYN). All of these effects were prevented by naloxone pretreatment. During in vitro studies using extraluminal force transducers, fentanyl, U 50 488 H and DSLET inhibited spontaneous contractions of the proximal colon, but U 50 488 H and DSLET caused a substantial increase in the motility of the distal colon. The observed motor responses in the proximal and distal colon following opioid agonist administration indicate that the control of these two intestinal segments may be different. It is suggested that the stimulatory effect of dynorphin on the distal colon is peripherally-mediated while inhibition of the whole colon by opioid agonists regardless of subtypes seems to be centrally-mediated.

Paralagarosolen Y. G. Wei,a new genus of the Gesneriaceae from Guangxi,China

Paralagarosolen fangianum Y. G. Wei, a new genus and species of Gesneriaceae from Guangxi, China, is described and illustrated. Paralagarosolen Y. G. Wei is closely related to Lagarosolen W.　T. Wang in having corolla tube cylindric, not swollen, and stigmas 2, but differs by having leaves sometimes peltate at base, cyme with only one flower, corolla lobes rounded-obtuse at apex, and capsule broadly ovoid-ellipsoid.
