近15年长江口海域海洋生物变化趋势及健康状况评价   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

对近15年(2004-2018年)长江口海域海洋生物变化趋势进行分析,评价海洋生物健康状况,并对陆源污染物排放与海洋生物变化进行相关性分析。结果表明,(1)长江口海域海洋生物群落结构组成发生了一定变化,与20世纪90年代末相比,浮游植物种类数有所减少,浮游动物、底栖生物种类数有所增加。浮游植物以硅藻为主,但甲藻占比有所增加,2010年以来硅藻、甲藻群落结构进入新的平衡状态;浮游动物以节肢动物为主,主要类群桡足类占比有所下降;底栖生物种类数明显升高。(2)生物多样性总体水平一般,浮游植物多样性指数总体较低,第一优势种的优势度较高;浮游动物多样性指数和丰富度指数多年呈现下降趋势;底栖生物多样性水平一般,优势种渐趋单一。(3)海洋生物总体处于"不健康"状态,主要影响指标为浮游植物密度偏高,浮游动物密度偏低、生物量偏高,底栖动物密度偏高、生物量偏低。生态系统变化与陆源主要污染物排放、营养结构变化及水体富营养化均具有一定的相关性,其中无机氮(DIN)、石油类入海通量与生物健康指数呈显著负相关关系(P < 0.05),无机磷(DIP)与底栖生物生物量呈显著负相关关系。N/P与浮游植物丰度呈显著负相关,但与浮游植物均匀度和多样性指数呈显著正相关;Si/N与浮游植物多样性指数呈显著负相关。海域严重富营养化面积比例与硅藻甲藻种类数比值呈显著正相关关系。  相似文献

为阐明鄱阳湖不同水文期浮游生物群落结构特征及其影响因素,研究于2017年8月(丰水期)和12月(枯水期)在鄱阳湖湖区典型水域设置5个采样点进行浮游生物采样调查。研究期间共鉴定浮游植物8门75属186种,丰水期与枯水期均以硅藻门和绿藻门为主。共鉴定浮游动物4类76种,丰水期与枯水期均以原生动物和轮虫为主。方差分析显示:浮游植物密度与生物量在不同水文期之间的差异均为极显著(P<0.01),浮游动物丰水期密度高于枯水期,但无显著差异(P>0.05),浮游动物生物量(P<0.05)在不同水文期差异显著。冗余分析(RDA)显示:丰水期透明度和浮游生物呈显著负相关关系,电导率和浮游生物呈显著正相关。透明度、电导率与营养盐是影响丰水期浮游生物群落结构的主要环境因素,枯水期水温和溶解氧是驱动鄱阳湖浮游生物群落生态分布的主要环境因素。基于Shannon-Wiener(H′)、Margalef(d)和Pielou(J)等生物多样性指数的水质评价结果表明:鄱阳湖研究区域水质状态处于寡污-中污之间。研究揭示了2个水文期对通江湖泊浮游生物的影响:季节变化不改变湖泊浮游生物的物种组成及优势种,但...  相似文献

1. Water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) is one of the world’s most invasive aquatic plants and is known to cause significant ecological and socio‐economic effects. 2. Water hyacinth can alter water clarity and decrease phytoplankton production, dissolved oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorous, heavy metals and concentrations of other contaminants. 3. The effects of water hyacinth on ecological communities appear to be largely nonlinear. Abundance and diversity of aquatic invertebrates generally increase in response to increased habitat heterogeneity and structural complexity provided by water hyacinth but decrease due to decreased phytoplankton (food) availability. 4. Effects of water hyacinth on fish are largely dependent on original community composition and food‐web structure. A more diverse and abundant epiphytic invertebrate community may increase fish abundance and diversity, but a decrease in phytoplankton may decrease dissolved oxygen concentrations and planktivorous fish abundance, subsequently affecting higher trophic levels. 5. Little is known about the effects of water hyacinth on waterbird communities; however, increases in macroinvertebrate and fish abundance and diversity suggest a potentially positive interaction with waterbirds when water hyacinth is at moderate density. 6. The socio‐economic effects of water hyacinth are dependent on the extent of the invasion, the uses of the impacted waterbody, control methods and the response to control efforts. Ecosystem‐level research programmes that simultaneously monitor the effects of water hyacinth on multiple trophic‐levels are needed to further our understanding of invasive species.  相似文献

长潭水库是广东梅州市重要的备用水源地,属于国家一类水源保护区。2010年7月,通过分析长潭水库浮游生物群落组成、生物量及多样性指数等群落结构特征和水体理化指标,揭示长潭水库富营养化水平。结果显示,长潭水库鉴定出55种浮游植物,隶属于6个门,优势种为绿藻门的栅藻(Scenedesmus sp.)、蓝藻门的微囊藻(Microcystis sp.)和伪鱼腥藻(Pseudanabaena sp.)、隐藻门的隐藻(Cryptophyta sp.)以及硅藻门的小环藻(Cyclotella sp.)和针杆藻(Synedra sp.);藻类密度范围1.71×106~2.44×108 cells/L;浮游动物共检出44种,包括轮虫、枝角类和桡足类,其中轮虫是主要类群。综合营养状态指数评价结果显示,长潭水库部分水体呈轻度富营养化。典范对应分析结果显示,浮游动物、溶解氧、总氮、总磷和化学需氧量是影响长潭水库浮游植物群落结构的关键环境因子。  相似文献

为揭示嘉陵江梯级水库浮游生物群落结构特征,按枯水期和丰水期对嘉陵江12个梯级水库24个样点进行浮游生物的野外采集,分析其群落结构的物种组成,并采用Shannon-wiener指数、Margalef指数和Pielou均匀度指数进行分析.结果表明:嘉陵江四川段浮游植物共8门42科95属171种,浮游动物的组成共有4纲9目21科30属62种;浮游动物优势种类有21种.浮游生物评价结果表明梯级库区水质处于中度污染状态.  相似文献

以传统模式养殖池作对照,研究了分区集群式清洁养殖模式池塘浮游生物群落结构及其水环境特征。结果表明,集群模式池塘网箱内外TN(总氮)分别为1.22 mg/L和1.31 mg/L,TP(总磷)分别为0.169 mg/L和0.170 mg/L,传统模式TN、TP分别为1.76 mg/L和0.689 mg/L。共检出浮游植物6门169种,绿藻门占优。密集养殖区(网箱内)浮游植物生物量为24.54 mg/L,多样性指数2.52,清洁区(网箱外)生物量23.51 mg/L,多样性指数2.47;共检出浮游动物183种,轮虫类占优。密集养殖区浮游动物生物量3.53 mg/L,多样性指数1.82,清洁区生物量2.95 mg/L,多样性指数1.86,传统模式浮游植物、浮游动物生物量分别为49.12、0.53 mg/L,多样性指数分别为2.06、1.79。与传统模式相对比,集群模式池塘TN、TP降低,蓝藻比例下降,浮游植物生物量减少,浮游动物生物量增大,生物多样性指数提高,水环境有一定改善。  相似文献

The effect of allelochemicals released by toxic species in plankton community is often taken into account to reveal plankton biodiversity. Using a minimal chemostat model we show that the interaction between toxic and non‐toxic phytoplankton species with changing competitive effects among species due to allelopathy helps to promote the stable coexistence of many species on a single resource and hence can solve the paradox of plankton. We emphasize toxic phytoplankton as a keystone species that strongly uncovers its allelochemicals on other non‐toxic phytoplankton and enhances the species persistence and diversity in aquatic ecosystems. In addition, we analyze the consistency of ecosystem functioning and species diversity using a number of approaches, such as sampling hypothesis with selection and complementarity effects, cascading extinction–reinvasion, and examining system dynamics at different enrichment levels and toxicity. Our results suggest that chemostats with one toxic and one or more nontoxic phytoplankton species can be used for the experimental verification of the stable coexistence of many species on a single resource in aquatic ecology.  相似文献

湘江干流浮游生物群落结构及水质状况分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了解湘江干流水质与生物群落现状, 2010-2011年对湘江的水质和浮游生物的分布进行了采样分析, 利用香农-威纳多样性指数分析湘江干流浮游生物群落特征, 并结合水质理化指标评价其水体营养状态。结果表明, 共检出浮游植物8门99属164种, 丰度变化在(1.83-51.1)104cells/L, 生物量变化在0.03-0.60 mg/L; 浮游动物80种, 密度变化在2.16-76.34个/L, 生物量变化在0.01-1.95 mg/L。各采样点的浮游植物多样性指数变化在2.47-5.43, 浮游动物多样性指数变化在1.63-3.38, 浮游生物的多样性较好, 显示出湘江干流的浮游生物群落处于较稳定的状态。对湘江m-m指示种种类组成和群落结构分析, 结果显示湘江水体属于中污带水质; 综合营养状态指数(TIL)在38.27-51.97, 均值为43.73, 属于中营养水平; 综合水质生物学和化学评价结果可知湘江干流的水质较差, 但无明显向富营养化转化的趋势。    相似文献

Productivity and community structure of phytoplankton and zooplankton are influenced by hydrologic disturbances in many ways. In a recent modeling study it was suggested that pulsed inflows might enhance zooplankton performance, curb accumulation of phytoplankton accumulated biomass, and promote phytoplankton species diversity. We tested these predictions by performing microcosm experiments on natural plankton assemblages from the Nueces Delta, TX, USA. On three occasions (March, June, and September 2001), experiments of semi-continuous and flow-through design were conducted using natural plankton assemblages. We investigated the effect of two different inflow and nutrient loading regimes on zooplankton biomass, and phytoplankton biomass and diversity, i.e., continuous and pulsed inflows of 3 day frequency. Despite differences in initial community structure on these three occasions, as well as the very different communities that arose between experimental designs, our findings showed that pulsed inflows altered plankton dynamics. In all cases, pulsed inflows resulted in greater zooplankton biomass. In most cases, pulsed inflows resulted in lower phytoplankton biomass and higher diversity. We speculate that greater phytoplankton diversity in the pulsed flow treatments favored selectively feeding zooplankton, whose better performance prevented higher accumulation of phytoplankton biomass.  相似文献

The mouth morphology of three species of atherinids, which feed at different levels in the water column (benthos, plankton and water surface) were compared. These three species, which all grow to less than 100 mm in length, inhabit the shallows (<2m) of Wilson Inlet, a temperate south-western Australian estuary. The species could be distinguished primarily on the basis of the extent to which they can protrude their jaws. Thus, whereas Leptatherina presbyteroides feeds highest in the water column, including at the water surface on terrestrial insects, and has the most protrusible jaws, Atherinosonia elongata feeds predominantly at or near the benthos and has the least protrusible jaws. Leptatherina wallacei , which ingests prey from the plankton and near the benthos, is intermediate in the degree to which it can protrude its jaws. Other characters of the three species which are associated with feeding, such as the number of gill rakers and the size of teeth, show consistent trends with the degree of jaw protrusion in relation to the type of prey consumed.  相似文献

青海尕海是青藏高原柴达木盆地比较典型的高盐度且具有丰富卤虫资源的盐湖 ,海拔高程 2 849.6m。 1997年夏季我们对尕海盐湖浮游生物主要类群群落多样性特征进行了初步调查。调查期间在内湖主要水体 5个断面2 2个采样站共发现浮游藻类 46种 ,平均密度为 5 4.39× 10 4 Cells/L ;浮游动物 12种 ,全湖平均密度为 8.2 2个 /L ,平均生物量 0 .2 9mg/L。通过盐度含量较高 (119g/L)的内湖主要水体采样断面与盐度含量较低 (1.8g/L)的湖西北岸小水面采样断面比较 ,浮游生物不论是在种类组成特征、群落的多样性还是其个体丰度都存在十分明显的差异。结果表明 :在盐湖生态系统中 ,盐度是决定生物物种多样性及其个体丰度的关键因素之一。  相似文献

三亚珊瑚礁分布海区浮游生物的群落结构   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了更好地了解珊瑚礁区生物群落应对环境变化的生态响应机制,以及浮游生物群落结构与珊瑚礁发展发育的关系,我们于2006年10月26日至11月10日对三亚珊瑚礁保护区9个有珊瑚礁分布的站点进行了浮游生物群落结构的调查.共鉴定出浮游植物种类61属130种(包括变种、变型),其中硅藻门48属101种,甲藻门10属25种,蓝藻门2属3种,金藻门1属1种.硅藻门的角毛藻属(Chaetoceros)种类最多,根管藻属(Rhizosolenia)的种类次之.调查海区浮游植物的细胞丰度范围为348-11,320个/L,平均为3,247个/L.在浮游植物群落中硅藻占绝对优势,平均丰度为3,230个/L,占总密度的99.5%.调查海区共鉴定出浮游动物76种,其中桡足类29种,水母类17种,浮游幼虫10种,毛颚类7种,被囊类6种,浮游腹足类4种,十足类、多毛类和介形类各1种.调查海区浮游动物的密度范围为43-190个/m3,平均为114个/m3.优势类群为桡足类、各类幼虫和毛颚类,平均分别占浮游动物总密度的28.5%,27.7%和13.6%.各站位浮游植物的多样性指数和均匀度平均分别为3.98和0.70,浮游动物的多样性指数和均匀度平均分别为4.37和0.87.鹿回头和大东海海域的浮游植物密度大,而生物多样性指数低.活的造礁石珊瑚种数和覆盖率高的站点的浮游生物多样性也较高.  相似文献

The species diversity of phyto- and zooplankton, benthic animals, and ichthyofauna was studied in continental water bodies that differ in type, geographic location, size, and productivity. The results showed that the number of species in the communities of aquatic organisms and in ecosystems depends on the area and volume of the water body and the level of plankton primary production. Corresponding relationships can be approximated by the equations of exponential and polymodal functions. The species number and biomass per unit area or volume proved to decrease as the area or volume of the water body increased. The greatest number of heterotrophic species was observed in water bodies whose primary production approached 1400 kcal/m2 per year. It is proposed that the number of aquatic species in a body of water depends on the total area of the latter and the area of individual territories occupied by the representatives of certain species.  相似文献

Water-column mixing is known to have a decisive impact on plankton communities. The underlying mechanisms depend on the size and depth of the water body, nutrient status and the plankton community structure, and they are well understood for shallow polymictic and deep stratified lakes. Two consecutive mixing events of similar intensity under different levels of herbivory were performed in enclosures in a shallow, but periodically stratified, eutrophic lake, in order to investigate the effects of water-column mixing on bacteria abundance, phytoplankton abundance and diversity, and rotifer abundance and fecundity. When herbivory by filter-feeding zooplankton was low, water-column mixing that provoked a substantial nutrient input into the euphotic zone led to a strong net increase of bacteria and phytoplankton biomass. Phytoplankton diversity was lower in the mixed enclosures than in the undisturbed ones because of the greater contribution of a few fast-growing species. After the second mixing event, at a high biomass of filter-feeding crustaceans, the increase of phytoplankton biomass was lower than after the first mixing, and diversity remained unchanged because enhanced growth of small fast-growing phytoplankton was prevented by zooplankton grazing. Bacterial abundance did not increase after the second mixing, when cladoceran biomass was high. Changes in rotifer fecundity indicated a transmission of the phytoplankton response to the next trophic level. Our results suggest that water-column mixing in shallow eutrophic lakes with periodic stratification has a strong effect on the plankton community via enhanced nutrient availability rather than resuspension or reduced light availability. This fuels the basis of the classic and microbial food chain via enhanced phytoplankton and bacterial growth, but the effects on biomass may be damped by high levels of herbivory. 报道了浮游生物物群落多样性指数与水质关系及初步分析了东昌湖的水质情况。2004年4月至2005年3月,采用PFU法及化学检测法对国内第二大人工湖——山东东昌湖的三个湖区9个采样点的浮游生物及水化学指标进行了初步调耷。共观察到浮游藻类76种,其中污染指示种为17种;原生动物92种,其中污染指示种为21种。浮游生物物种组成的多样性指数及化学水质分析显示,各湖区水质优劣程度依次为南湖区〉东南湖区〉西北湖区,调查结果表明东昌湖属于富营养化水体。  相似文献

The abundance and diversity of the plankton community represents the health of the aquatic ecosystem, and plays an important role in the growth of cultured animals under aquaculture conditions. The temporal variations of plankton abundance, taxonomic composition, diversity, evenness and species richness were studied in three old and three new semi-intensive marron (Cherax cainii, Austin and Ryan, 2002) ponds. Water parameters such as temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, turbidity, TAN, nitrite, nitrate and reactive phosphate were recorded, and plankton samples were collected every two months, for one year of juvenile production cycle. A total of twenty-six phytoplankton and seven zooplankton genera were recorded. Chlorophyceae was the dominant class of phytoplankton throughout the year, followed by Trebouxiophyceae. Rotifera comprised 49.8% of the total zooplankton community (individuals L?1), the largest proportion of any group. Temporal variations impacted the plankton abundance and community structure, and plankton abundance were more abundant during summer. The pond age did not influence the phytoplankton abundance, whereas zooplankton abundance was higher in older ponds.  相似文献

To ascertain the floristic interaction between phytoplankton and benthos in the littoral, the composition of each community was investigated and the effect of the substrata on the benthic communities was also examined.The main component of the benthic algal population wasFragilaria pinnata followed byF. pinnata var.lancettula. Although the dominant species of the plankton in the upper layers were similar to those in the limnetic, and those immediately above the bottom contained species of benthic origin, the similarity index of C implied high similarity between these two plankton layers. This index was developed by Morishita (1959) to measure the degree of overlap of component species between two communities. The value of C distributes from 0 to 1. The closer the value approaches 1, the more the communities are similar.For the dominant species, a significant difference was observed between the phytoplankton and benthic communities and in addition, C values indicated low overall similarity in the composition of the communities. These results suggest that there is little interrelation between phytoplankton and benthos even in the shallow littoral zone.  相似文献

As a result of studies in certain lakes in northern Minnesota it has been found that the spatial distribution of desmids in them depends especially on the following factors: the constitution, abundance and distribution of the lakes' submerged aquatic flora and the morphometry and consequent patterns of their water circulation. The study has also shown a positive relationship between the size of desmid cells present in the plankton and the extent of water circulation. The latter factor may determine the composition and hence the diversity of lake phytoplankton.  相似文献

The typology of temporary waterbodies in Saratov oblast has developed with a similarity in the composition of zooplankton species that serve as its foundation. Seven waterbody groups have been distinguished: waterbodies of flood lands, river valley terraces, steppe watersheds, brackish lagoons, brackish lagoons connected to irrigation networks, excavated ponds, and puddles. The specificity of zooplankton species composition in different types of temporary waterbodies is shown. A significant influence of waterbody lifetime on the number of zooplankton species has been revealed, with the waterbody capacity and surface area in the period of maximal water level also being of great importance.  相似文献
