Eight varieties of maize, namely Awassa 511 (A511), Birkata, composite of best families (CBF), Dendane, drought tolerant population (DTP1), Guto, Katumani and Keroshet planted in 1995 cropping season were compared for grain and crop residue yield and nutritive value of the stover. Significant differences (p < 0.05) were observed in grain and crop residue yields of the varieties. Grain yield was highest (6.99 t ha−1) in DTP1 and lowest (2.21 t ha−1) in Keroshet. Stover and total crop residue yields were significantly higher (p < 0.05) in A511 than in CBF and Dendane. The stem was the largest portion in the stover varying from 31% in Dendane to 50% in A511. The stover of Birkata showed a high crude protein (CP) and low ash and fibre contents compared to the other varieties. The CP content varied from 28 g kg DM−1 (Guto) to 61 g kg DM−1 (Birkata). Crop residue yield and quality parameters, except CP content of the stover, were not negatively correlated with grain yield. The potential utility index varied from 61% (Keroshet) to 74% (CBF). The varieties with higher potential utility indices, except Guto, also had relatively higher solubility, 48 h DM degradability and effective degradability compared to the other varieties. The overall results showed evidence of varietal differences in grain and stover yield and stover quality and indicated the possibility of selecting for maize varieties that combine high grain yield and desirable stover characteristics.  相似文献

研究了大田条件下增温(3 ℃)对夏玉米产量和品质的影响. 结果表明:增温条件下玉米的籽粒产量显著降低,农大108(ND108)和掖单13号(YD13)分别减产46.6%和45.1%.增温也显著影响了玉米的籽粒品质,与对照相比,ND108和YD13的粗蛋白含量分别提高了11.6%和2.02%;粗脂肪含量分别降低了38.9%和9.6%;淀粉含量分别降低了7.0%和8.4%,且主要降低了支链淀粉的含量;赖氨酸含量则分别降低了58.9%和51.2%.  相似文献

Both yield and quality traits for stover portion were important for forage and biofuel production utility in maize. A high-oil maize inbred GY220 was crossed with two normal-oil dent maize inbred lines 8984 and 8622 to generate two connected F2:3 populations with 284 and 265 F2:3 families. Seven yield and quality traits were evaluated under two environments. The variance components of genotype (σg2), environment (σe2) and genotype × environment interactions (σge2) were all significant for most traits in both populations. Different levels of correlations were observed for all traits. QTL mapping was conducted using composite interval mapping (CIM) for data under each environment and in combined analysis in both populations. Totally, 45 and 42 QTL were detected in the two populations. Only five common QTL across the two populations, and one and three common QTL across the two environments in the two populations were detected, reflecting substantial influence of genetic backgrounds and environments on the results of QTL detection for stover traits. Combined analysis across two environments failed to detect most QTL mapped using individual environmental data in both populations. Few of the detected QTL displayed digenic epistatic interactions. Common QTL among all traits were consistent with their correlations. Some QTL herein have been detected in previous researches, and linked with candidate genes for enzymes postulated to have direct and indirect roles in cell wall components biosynthesis.  相似文献

施硒对两种类型玉米硒元素分配及产量、品质的影响   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
通过盆栽试验,以普通玉米品种郑单958(ZD958)和糯玉米品种京紫糯218(JN218)为试验材料,研究了不同硒水平(0、10、25、50 mg·kg-1)下,玉米植株各器官对硒的分配和转运差异以及硒对玉米产量和籽粒品质的影响.结果表明: 低含量(≤10 mg·kg-1)硒促进了玉米生长,植株生物量和籽粒产量均显著增加;高含量(≥25 mg·kg-1)硒抑制了玉米生长,植株干物质积累量减少,籽粒产量和品质下降.施硒显著提高了玉米植株各器官的硒含量,硒在各器官的分配为根系>叶片>茎秆>叶鞘,两种类型玉米各器官硒含量均与土壤硒含量呈显著正相关.JN218在自然低硒土壤环境中具有较强的硒富集能力,而ZD958在10 mg·kg-1 硒水平下硒积累量高于JN218.如果以籽粒和地上部营养器官的硒积累量为评价标准,自然低硒(025 mg·kg-1)或高硒(25 mg·kg-1)土壤适宜种植JN218,而富硒(10 mg·kg-1)或硒污染(50 mg·kg-1)土壤适宜种植ZD958.  相似文献

目前,我国种植的夏玉米品种收获时籽粒含水率过高,限制了玉米机械粒收技术的发展。喷施脱水剂可以调控作物籽粒灌浆生理过程,降低收获时的籽粒含水率。本试验研究了喷施脱水剂对不同熟期夏玉米品种脱水过程、收获期籽粒含水率和籽粒品质的调控作用。结果表明: 喷施脱水剂减少了玉米各器官的干物质积累量,促进了植株向籽粒中的干物质转移,提高了收获指数,而且对籽粒品质没有显著影响。相关性分析显示,籽粒脱水速率与各器官脱水速率呈正相关,喷施脱水剂后籽粒脱水速率与茎鞘脱水速率呈极显著正相关。喷施脱水剂在产量没有显著降低的前提下提高了总脱水速率,缩短了开花期至生理成熟期的时间,增加了生理成熟期到收获的时间,有利于后期籽粒含水率的进一步降低,为玉米机械粒收提供了更大的可能性。不同熟期夏玉米品种喷施脱水剂进行机械粒收的经济效益与机械穗收相比没有显著差异,中晚熟品种的经济效益高于早熟品种。因此,收获前合理喷施脱水剂可以作为玉米机收籽粒的一种可行性配套技术。  相似文献

采用盆栽试验,研究了花后渍水、盐胁迫和盐渍处理对2个小麦品种(扬麦12和淮麦17)籽粒产量及蛋白质和淀粉积累与组分的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,花后渍水、盐胁迫和盐渍处理显著降低了小麦花前贮藏氮素(花前贮藏干物质)转运量和花后同化氮素(花后同化物)输入籽粒量,从而导致小麦籽粒产量、蛋白质和淀粉产量显著降低,其中盐胁迫和盐渍处理表现更为明显.与对照和渍水处理相比,盐胁迫和盐渍处理显著降低了小麦籽粒蛋白质积累量及谷/醇蛋白比,显著提高了蛋白质组分含量;同时降低了小麦籽粒淀粉积累量、淀粉组分含量及直/支链淀粉比;盐胁迫处理对扬麦12的影响较盐渍处理明显,而盐渍处理对淮麦17的影响较盐胁迫处理明显.渍水条件下小麦籽粒蛋白质和淀粉积累量均下降,除淮麦17谷蛋白和清蛋白含量有所提高外,淮麦17其他蛋白组分含量和扬麦12各蛋白组分含量均下降.  相似文献

Background  

Improvement of biofeedstock quality for cellulosic ethanol production will be facilitated by inexpensive and rapid methods of evaluation, such as those already employed in the field of ruminant nutrition. Our objective was to evaluate whether forage quality and compositional measurements could be used to estimate ethanol yield of maize stover as measured by a simplified pretreatment and simultaneous saccharification and fermentation assay. 为明确黄淮海夏玉米适宜的施肥量和最佳收获时期,设计了5个氮肥水平(不施肥、113、181、249和375 kg N·hm-2)和2个收获时期(S1:9月23日,农民习惯收获时间;S2:9月29日,推迟6 d收获),研究施氮量和收获时期对夏玉米产量和品质的影响.结果表明:随施肥量增加,夏玉米穗粒数、千粒重和产量均增加,但差异不显著,其中施肥量在113~181 kg N·hm-2的玉米产量、氮素利用效率均相对较高;随施肥量增加,夏玉米蛋白质和赖氨酸含量增加,淀粉含量降低.与9月23日蜡熟期收获相比,9月29日完熟期收获的夏玉米籽粒千粒重、产量、淀粉和赖氨酸含量均增加,籽粒蛋白质和脂肪含量降低.依据产量水平,黄淮海高产夏玉米区适宜的施肥量在113~180 kg N·hm-2,最佳收获时期应推迟至9月29日-10月5日.  相似文献

为了进一步深入了解禾本科作物和豆科作物间作的优势机理,研究了在不同施肥条件下玉米单作、玉米‖花生间作和玉米‖大豆间作对玉米籽粒品质、单株经济产量和生物产量﹑产量及土壤中细菌、真菌、放线菌和固氮菌数量及酶活性的影响。结果表明,在不施肥条件下玉米间作可以显著提高玉米籽粒蛋白质、油分和赖氨酸含量,但对淀粉含量影响不显著;在施肥条件下玉米间作可以显著提高淀粉和赖氨酸含量,但对油分和蛋白质含量的增加却影响不显著;间作在提高玉米籽粒淀粉、蛋白质和赖氨酸含量方面的效果没有该施氮水平(50kg/km2)显著。间作可以增加玉米产量及其单株经济产量和生物产量,其中在不施肥和施肥条件下产量分别比单作增加了3.7%、9.7%、19.0%和18.6%,但间作在增加产量方面的效果没有该施氮水平显著。间作在不同施肥条件下可明显增加土壤中细菌、真菌、放线菌和固氮菌的数量,且效果达到显著水平。土壤中的酶活性也显著受到间作的影响,在不施肥条件下玉米间作和单作土壤中的转化酶活性差异达到显著水平,在施肥条件下间作和单作土壤中转化酶和磷酸酶活性差异达到显著水平。4种微生物数量和4种酶活性之间呈显著或极显著正相关,玉米籽粒品质、产量及单株生物产量除与转化酶及磷酸酶活性部分相关不显著外,与土壤中的其它酶活性及微生物数量皆显著或极显著正相关。  相似文献

Grain yield (GY) is one of the most important and complex quantitative traits in maize (Zea mays L.) breeding practice. Quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for GY and three kernel-related traits were detected in a set of recombinant inbred lines (RILs). One hundred and seven simple sequence repeats (SSRs) and 168 insertion/deletion polymorphism markers (Indels) were used to genotype RILs. Eight QTLs were found to be associated with four yield-related traits: GY, 100-kernel weight (HKW), 10-kernel length (KL), and 10-kernel length width (KW). Each QTL explained between 5.96 (qKL2-1) and 13.05 (qKL1-1) per cent of the phenotypic variance. Notably, one common QTL, located at the marker interval between bnlg1893 and chr2-236477 (chromosomal bin 2.09) simultaneously controlled GY and HKW; another common QTL, at bin 2.03 was simultaneously responsible for HKW and KW. Of the QTLs identified, only one pair of significant epistatic interaction involved in chromosomal region at bin 2.03 was detected for HKW; no significant QTL × environment interactions were observed. These results provide the common QTLs and for marker-assisted breeding.  相似文献

Current research on the effect of increased UV-B radiation on crop production has been limited to exposing plants to improbable UV-B dose or growth condition. The objective of this study was to test the effects of short-term modulated increased UV-B radiation on maize (Zea mays L.) growth, grain yield, and quality under field conditions for three years. A modulated irradiance system was used to maintain UV-B radiation at 30% above the ambient level and was applied daily between the elongation and silking stages of maize. The result indicated that increased UV-B radiation adversely affected maize growth and yield, especially on plant height when UV-B was enhanced at the elongation stage and on yield when UV-B was enhanced near the silking stage. Yield reduction that induced by enhanced UV-B radiation was associated with reductions in number of kernels per row and kernel mass. Protein content of grains was increased with enhanced UV-B radiation, but oil and starch contents were not affected. This study confirmed the sensitivity of maize to increased UV-B radiation under the field condition, and contributed to understand the full negative and positive effects of increased UV-B radiation on crop production.  相似文献

通过在玉米授粉前0~14d、授粉后1~14d、授粉后15~28d3个时期分别进行遮光处理,研究了弱光胁迫对两个玉米品种费玉3号和泰玉2号产量及光合特性的影响.结果表明:各时期弱光胁迫均使玉米产量降低,其中授粉前0~14d弱光处理的产量降幅最大,费玉3号对弱光胁迫的反应较泰玉2号敏感.弱光胁迫后籽粒灌浆高峰出现时间延迟、灌浆速率慢、积累量小;弱光胁迫开始的时间越早,籽粒达到最大灌浆速率的时间(Tmax)越晚.弱光胁迫期内,玉米Chl(a b)、Chla/b、光合速率(Pn)、光系统Ⅱ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和光系统Ⅱ实际光化学效率(ФPSⅡ)显著下降,Chlb相对含量提高,胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)和非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)则显著上升;胁迫结束后,玉米Chl(a b)、Chla/b、Pn、Fv/Fm、ФPSⅡ、Ci和NPQ逐渐恢复接近自然光照条件(CK)水平,而Chlb相对含量下降.表明非气孔因素是弱光胁迫下玉米光合速率降低的原因之一.  相似文献

在耕层(0~20 cm)土壤容重不变情况下,采用池栽方法研究了下层(20~40 cm,40~60 cm)土壤容重变化对玉米生育后期光合特性和产量的影响.结果表明:当下层土壤容重不同时,玉米的光合速率(Pn)和产量都存在显著差异,随着下层土壤容重的增加,叶片Pn和产量降低,下层土壤容重越大,降幅越大.不同处理玉米叶片的Pn和细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)的变化趋势不同,Pn早晨和傍晚较低,中午较高,且随着下层土壤容重的增加而降低, Ci的变化趋势则相反.气孔限制值(Ls)和气孔导度(Gs)也随着下层土壤容重的增加而降低. 随着玉米生育进程,Pn、Ls和Gs不断下降,而Ci不断升高.  相似文献

灌浆期高温胁迫通常导致小麦籽粒产量降低、品质变差.为了探索有效缓解高温胁迫不利影响的有效措施,在大田条件下,以济麦20为试验材料,运用后期高温棚增温的方法,研究了氮、硫肥与灌浆后期高温对小麦籽粒产量和品质的影响.结果表明:高温处理后小麦千粒质量、籽粒产量显著降低(19.7%~28.3%),蛋白质含量升高,蛋白质组分中不溶性谷蛋白含量下降,可溶性谷蛋白含量上升,面团形成时间和稳定时间缩短;氮肥追施比例由50%增加到70%,非高温处理的籽粒产量无显著变化,不溶性谷蛋白质含量和谷蛋白聚合指数(不溶性谷蛋白含量/可溶性谷蛋白含量)升高,面团形成时间和稳定时间延长;高温处理的千粒质量和籽粒产量因氮肥追施比例提高而提高(2.07%~3.58%),面团形成时间和稳定时间缩短;不论高温处理还是非高温处理,与追施硫肥相比,硫肥基施提高籽粒产量、谷蛋白聚合指数,延长面团形成时间和稳定时间;为了有效缓解灌浆后期高温对小麦籽粒产量和品质的不利影响,硫肥基施、氮肥施用基追比50%:50%是较为适宜的施肥模式.  相似文献

土壤紧实度变化对小麦籽粒产量和品质的影响   总被引:30,自引:0,他引:30  
以济南17(强筋品种)、烟农15(中筋品种)、鲁麦22(弱筋品种)为供试品种,设置人为碾压和不碾压2种处理,研究了土壤紧实度(以土壤容重表示)变化对不同类型小麦品种的籽粒产量和加工品质的影响。结果表明,随着土壤紧实度提高,3个品种的分蘖成穗率均显著降低,从而导致单位面积穗数和籽粒产量降低。3个品种相比较分蘖成穗率低的鲁麦22籽粒产量降幅最大。相关品质指标测定结果显示,提高土壤紧实度,对3个品种的蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、沉淀值和吸水率均无显著影响,但济南17的面筋指数明显降低,面团断裂时间和面团稳定时间显著缩短,单位重量面粉烘焙所得的面包体积变小,而烟农15和鲁麦22受影响较小。其原因可能与土壤紧实度提高条件下济南17籽粒中谷蛋白/醇溶蛋白比例和谷蛋白大聚体含量降低有关。将济南17面团流变学特性年际间变化幅度与紧实度变化的处理效应相比较发现,土壤紧实度是影响强筋小麦品种品质性状稳定性的重要因素之一。  相似文献

研究了高油、高淀粉玉米硫素的吸收分配及施硫对籽粒产量、品质的作用。结果表明:在11250kg/hm^2的产量水平下,开花前硫素吸收量占总吸收量的百分比平均为57.53%,花后对硫的吸收较强;高油1号、长单26、掖单13每公顷吸硫量分别为:32.46kg、34.94kg,34.20kg。施硫能增加穗粒数和粒重(高油玉米粒重增加不显著),并显著提高其产量,施硫22.5kg/hm^2(S1)能使籽粒含油率和蛋白质含量分别比对照提高9.05%和6.88%,蛋白质中清蛋白、球蛋白和谷蛋白含量提高,品质改善;施硫量增至90kg/hm^2(S2)时,籽粒含油率和蛋白质含量仍有提高,但蛋白质中醇溶蛋白含量增加,蛋白质品质降低。  相似文献

在大田条件下研究了不同时期和不同程度遮荫对夏玉米产量及生长发育的影响.结果表明,遮荫显著降低玉米产量.不同时期遮荫对其影响不同,花粒期(从开花到成熟期)遮荫的影响最显著,农大108(ND108)和掖单13号(YD13)遮荫50%、90%处理分别减产67.5%、79.4%和82.9%和86.7%,其次是穗期(从拔节到开花期)遮荫,ND108和YD13分别减产34.1%、55.3%和47.2%、65.7%,而苗期(从出苗到拔节期)遮荫对其影响相对较小,ND108和YD13分别减产16.9%、24.5%和18.9%、24.3%.遮荫对YD13产量的影响大于ND108.遮荫时期对玉米产量的影响显著地大于遮荫程度.遮荫后两个玉米品种的生育进程都延迟,并随着遮荫程度的增加,对其影响加剧.穗期遮荫显著影响玉米的穗分化,花丝数和雄穗分枝数显著降低,对YD13的影响大于ND108.苗期和穗期遮荫显著抑制玉米叶面积、株高和茎节的生长.  相似文献

以高产玉米品种郑单958(ZD958)和登海661(DH661)为试验材料,在4个不同区域(山东农业大学、汶口、兖州和莱州)设置22500、45000、67500、90000和112500株.hm-25个种植密度,研究了种植密度对夏玉米产量及源库特性的影响.结果表明:两品种在112500株.hm-2密度条件下玉米籽粒产量和生物产量最高,分别为19132和36965kg.hm-2,与22500和67500株.hm-2密度相比,籽粒产量分别增加了72%和48%,生物产量分别增加了152%和112%.两品种单株叶面积、最大花丝数、穗粒数和千粒重随密度增大而减小,但叶面积指数随密度增大而显著提高.收获指数与粒叶比随密度增大而显著减小,当密度超过67500株.hm-2时差异不显著,表明高密度条件下玉米通过增加群体库来提高产量.  相似文献
