Nine new species ofSolanum and two ofCapsicum are described from Bolivia. Notes are provided on some other species, including the complex typification ofSolanum aridum.Capsicum caballeroi, C. ceratocalyx, Solanum chalmersii, S. clandestinum, S. comarapanum, S. complectens, S. monanthemon, S. moxosense, S. pedemontanum, S. saturatum, andS. whalenii are described and illustrated, and a new name,S. scuticum, is proposed for the species previously known asS. tabacifolium.  相似文献

【背景】扶桑绵粉蚧是近年来入侵我国的重要检疫性害虫,在我国多个省份均有发生,造成了严重的经济损失。【方法】于2009—2015年对杭州地区扶桑绵粉蚧的发生危害情况进行了实地调查,同时结合mt DNA COI分子标记方法,对扶桑绵粉蚧进行分子鉴定和系统进化分析。【结果】杭州市余杭区、萧山区和临安市3个地区发现扶桑绵粉蚧分布,共调查到寄主植物38科61属68种,以辣椒、茄子、番茄、南瓜、棉花、芝麻、菊花、苦荬菜、大花马齿苋和五色梅受害最严重。系统进化分析表明,杭州地区的扶桑绵粉蚧未发生明显的遗传分化,与我国其他地区扶桑绵粉蚧mt DNA COI基因相似度为99.4%~100%。【结论与意义】本研究为进一步研究扶桑绵粉蚧的遗传进化、可能的侵入途径以及科学防控提供了理论基础。  相似文献

【目的】评估环链虫草Cordyceps cateniannulata对植物促生和植物抗氧化酶活性的影响。【方法】本研究利用浸种法将环链虫草接种于番茄植物体,在接种后的第30天和60天,通过番茄株高、根长、地上和地下部分的干鲜重指标评价其对番茄生长的影响;在接种后第10、20、30、60和90天,通过选择性培养基分析其在番茄不同组织中的生存情况,使用形态学及DNA序列比对的方法检验所分离菌株与原有菌株的一致性。在处理后的第30天,检测番茄叶片中的过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量,观察环链虫草对番茄的抗氧化酶活性影响。【结果】环链虫草可定殖于番茄幼苗且对番茄生长有显著促进作用,菌株对植株的定殖偏好性分别为根部>茎部>叶部。酶活检测结果表明,处理组番茄叶片防御酶活性均呈显著升高的趋势,其中POD、CAT、SOD活性分别比对照增加了52.21%、75.31%和158.59%,MDA含量下降了35.15%。【结论】环链虫草可以通过浸种的方法感染并定殖番茄幼苗的根、茎、叶,促进番茄幼苗的生长并提高番茄抗氧化酶活性,具有较好的田间...  相似文献

The two eggplant relatives Solanum aethiopicum gr. Gilo and Solanum aethiopicum gr. Aculeatum (=Solanum integrifolium) carry resistance to the fungal wilt disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. melongenae, a worldwide soil-borne disease of eggplant. To introgress the resistance trait into cultivated eggplant, the tetraploid somatic hybrids S. melongena S. aethiopicum and S. melongena + S. integrifolium were used. An inheritance study of the resistance was performed on advanced anther culture-derived androgenetic backcross progenies from the two somatic hybrids. The segregation fitted a 3 resistant (R): 1 susceptible (S) ratio in the selfed populations and a 1R:1S ratio in the backcross progenies for the trait derived from S. aethiopicum and S. integrifolium. These ratios are consistent with a single gene, which we designated as Rfo-sa1, controlling the resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. melongenae. The allelic relationship between the resistance genes from S. aethiopicum and S. integrifolium indicate that these two genes are alleles of the same locus. Bulked Segregant Analysis (BSA) was performed with RAPD markers on the BC3/BC5 resistant advanced backcross progenies, and three RAPD markers associated with the resistance trait were identified. Cleaved Amplified Polymorphic Sequences (CAPSs) were subsequently obtained on the basis of the amplicon sequences. The evaluation of the efficiency of these markers in predicting the resistant phenotype in segregating progenies revealed that they represent useful tools for indirect selection of Fusarium resistance in eggplant.  相似文献

Lithospermum (Boraginaceae) comprises approximately 40 species in both the Old and New Worlds, with a center of diversity in the southwestern United States and Mexico. Using ten cpDNA regions, a phylogeny of Lithospermum and related taxa was reconstructed. Lithospermum (including New World and Old World species) and related New World members of Lithospermeae form a monophyletic group, with Macromeria, Onosmodium, Nomosa, Lasiarrhenum, and Psilolaemus nested among species of Lithospermum. New World Lithospermeae also is a monophyletic group, with Eurasian species of Lithospermum sister to this group. Because Lithospermum is not monophyletic without the inclusion of the other New World genera, species from these genera are transferred to Lithospermum, and appropriate nomenclatural changes are made. New combinations are Lithospermum album, Lithospermum barbigerum, Lithospermum dodrantale, Lithospermum exsertum, Lithospermum helleri, Lithospemum leonotis, Lithospermum notatum, Lithospermum oaxacanum, Lithospermum pinetorum, Lithospermum rosei, Lithospermum trinverium, and Lithospermum unicum; new names are Lithospermum chiapense, Lithospermum johnstonii, Lithospermum macromeria, Lithospermum onosmodium, Lithospermum rzedowskii, and Lithospermum turneri.  相似文献

The full-length cDNA of a previously identified Solanum brevidens gene was isolated and characterised. DNA sequence analysis revealed an open reading frame that encodes a hybrid proline-rich cell wall protein of 407 amino acids. The putative protein was designated SbrPRP. The SbrPRP harbours three parts, an N-terminal signal peptide followed by a repetitive proline-rich domain and a cysteine-rich C-terminus resembling non-specific lipid-transfer proteins. The repetitive proline-rich domain contains two repeated motifs, PPHVKPPSTPK and PTPPIVSPP extended with TPKYP and TPKPPS motifs, respectively, at their N- or C-terminal. The SbrPRP gene of the non-tuberising Solanum species, Solanum brevidens, possesses highly homologous counterparts in the tuberising species, Solanum tuberosum (StPRP) and in the related species, Lycopersicum esculentum (TFM7). All three genes are present in single- or low copy number in the corresponding genome. Organ-specific expression of the genes, however, is different in the three solanaceous species.  相似文献

The entire (e) locus of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) controls leaf morphology. Dominant E and recessive e allele of the locus produce pinnate compound and complex reduced leaves. Previous research had indicated that SlIAA9, an Aux/IAA gene, was involved in tomato leaf morphology. Down-regulation of SlIAA9 gene by antisense transgenic method decreased the leaf complex of tomato and converted tomato compound leaves to simple leaves. The leaf morphology of these transgenic lines was similar with leaf morphology of tomato entire mutant. In this paper, we report that a single-base deletion mutation in the coding region of SlIAA9 gene results in tomato entire mutant phenotypes.  相似文献

The common potato, tetraploid Solanum tuberosum spp. tuberosum L. (tbr), has a narrow genetic base but a large number of related tuber-bearing species that harbor genetic diversity for agronomic characters. The taxonomic status of Solanum ruiz-lealii Brücher (rzl), a diploid species endemic to Mendoza province, Argentina, is controversial. It has been described as a new species of non-hybrid origin and as a natural hybrid between S. kurtzianum Bitt. & Wittm. (ktz) and S. chacoense Bitt. (chc). The hypothesis of the hybrid origin of rzl is examined systematically for the first time by phenetic analyses of morphological and molecular (SSR markers) data, and cytological analyses of interspecific hybrids. The morphological, cytological and molecular data are congruent, and suggest that rzl is not a recent natural hybrid between the ktz and the chc populations studied but has probably originated by divergence of chc, or by hybridization between chc and another taxon.  相似文献

[目的]研究Ⅲ型效应子SKWP对青枯菌OE1-1在寄主植物体内增殖能力的影响。[方法]构建青枯菌RK7197(野生型突变体,带Gm抗性)和SKWP单基因缺失突变体(带PB抗性),通过竞争力指数分析SKWP各效应子对青枯菌OE1-1在叶片组织内增殖能力的影响。[结果]竞争力指数适合在寄主植物茄子上分析各效应子功能,6个SKWP效应子对OE1-1细菌增殖能力影响不同,SKWP4影响最明显。[结论]竞争力指数可提供一个新视野来分析SKWP各效应子对青枯菌OE1-1在寄主茄子上增殖能力的影响。  相似文献

The potential of Fusarium oxysporum var. cubense UAMH 9013 to perform steroid biotransformations was reinvestigated using single phase and pulse feed conditions. The following natural steroids served as substrates: dehydroepiandrosterone (1), pregnenolone (2), testosterone (3), progesterone (4), cortisone (5), prednisone (6), estrone (7) and sarsasapogenin (8). The results showed the possible presence of C-7 and C-15 hydroxylase enzymes. This hypothesis was explored using three synthetic androstanes: androstane-3,17-dione (9), androsta-4,6-diene-3,17-dione (10) and 3α,5α-cycloandrost-6-en-17-one (11). These fermentations of non-natural steroids showed that C-7 hydroxylation was as a result of that position being allylic. The evidence also pointed towards the presence of a C-15 hydroxylase enzyme.The eleven steroids were also fed to Exophialajeanselmei var. lecanii-corni UAMH 8783. The results showed that the fungus appears to have very active 5α and 14α-hydroxylase enzymes, and is also capable of carrying out allylic oxidations.Ceratocystis paradoxa UAMH 8784 was grown in the presence of the above-mentioned steroids. The results showed that monooxygenases which effect allylic hydroxylation and Baeyer–Villiger rearrangement were active. However, redox reactions predominated.  相似文献

The resistance of Solanum okadae Hawkes & Hjert. (PI 458367), Solanum oplocense Hawkes (PI 473368), and Solanum tarijense Hawkes (PI 414150) to the Colorado potato beetle, Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say) (Chrysomelidae: Chrysomelini), was studied. In replicated field trials all three accessions showed a high level of resistance to the beetle. No significant genetic variability between genotypes of the same species was found. Results from host acceptance behavior experiments, suitability for larval development tests, foliage consumption tests, and adult survival and oviposition tests supported the hypothesis that the mode of resistance differs between the three wild Solanum species. Solanum okadae and S. oplocense affected host acceptance and consumption. Because the beetle reacted differently to these two species it was hypothesized that the antifeedant chemical(s) differed in nature or quantity. S. tarijense contrasted with the other two species by affecting mostly adult colonization and oviposition.  相似文献

A population of diploid potato (Solanum tuberosum) was used for the genetic analysis and mapping of a locus for resistance to the potato cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis, introgressed from the wild potato species Solanum vernei. Resistance tests of 108 genotypes of a F1 population revealed the presence of a single locus with a dominant allele for resistance to G. rostochiensis pathotype Ro1. This locus, designated GroV1, was located on chromosome 5 with RFLP markers. Fine-mapping was performed with RAPD and SCAR markers. The GroV1 locus was found in the same region of the potato genome as the S. tuberosum ssp. andigena H1 nematode resistance locus. Both resistance loci could not excluded to be allelic. We analyzed the impact of ethylene and auxin disturbances on callus, shoots and Agrobacterium rhizogenes-induced hairy root formation in tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.). The auxin low-sensitivity dgt mutation showed little hairy root initiation, whereas the ethylene low-sensitivity Nr mutation did not differ from the control Micro-Tom cultivar. Micro-Tom and dgt hairy roots containing auxin sensitivity/biosynthesis rol and aux genes formed prominent callus onto media supplemented with cytokinin. Under the same conditions, Nr hairy roots did not form callus. Double mutants combining Rg1, a mutation conferring elevated shoot formation capacity, with either dgt or Nr produced explants that formed shoots with little callus proliferation. The presence of rol + aux genes in Rg1 hairy roots prevented shoot formation. Taken together, the results suggest that although ethylene does not affect hairy root induction, as auxin does, it may be necessary for auxin-induced callus formation in tomato. Moreover, excess auxin prevents shoot formation in Rg1.  相似文献

Genomic in situ hybridisation (GISH) and Southern genomic hybridisation were applied in order to gain further knowledge regarding generic delimitation of the genus Hystrix as well as to clarify the genomes of the Hystrix species H. patula, H. longearistata, H. coreana, H. duthiei and H. komarovii. The hybridisation intensity of different genomic probes was compared among the Hystrix species and with other Triticeae species. The Southern- and GISH results confirm that H. patula contains the StH genome and show that H. komarovii most likely has a variant of this StH genome. The other Hystrix species under study, i.e. H. longearistata, H. coreana and H. duthiei, contain an Ns basic genome, and most probably two variants of this basic genome, Ns 1 Ns 2 . The genus Hystrix is thus not a monophyletic group of species.  相似文献

【背景】北美刺龙葵是一种全球广泛分布的恶性杂草,已被列入我国进境检疫性有害生物名单。近年来北美刺龙葵不断随进口货物传入我国,明确其传入途径和适生区对控制其入侵具有重要意义。【方法】采用GIS、空间统计学、Maxent生态位模型等方法分析了北美刺龙葵的传入途径与潜在分布区,并通过ROC分析法对模型进行检验。【结果】跨区域农产品贸易是北美刺龙葵全球扩散的驱动力与传入我国的主要途径。生态模型预测结果表明,北美刺龙葵在我国具有广阔的适生区,除黑龙江、吉林、内蒙古、青海、甘肃、西藏、四川西北部以外的区域都是其在我国的适生区,其中高风险区主要集中在东部和南部沿海、西南边境和新疆的部分地区。AUC值为0.789,表明本研究建立的Maxent模型的预测能力较强,能够很好地拟合物种已知分布的环境生态位。【结论与意义】北美刺龙葵在我国的传入风险极高。基于北美刺龙葵在我国的主要传入途径与潜在扩散媒介的时空分布,划定了重点监测的区域,建议对适生区内极易传入的高风险区如港口、机场、物流中转站、加工厂等开展早期监测预警,以预防其再次入侵与进一步扩散蔓延。  相似文献

Single-nodal cuttings of Solanum tuberosum (four cultivars) and Solanum chacoense were induced to produce in vitro microtubers on Murashige & Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 8 g l–1 sucrose and various concentrations of kinetin and paclobutrazol. The cultures were kept 10 days in darkness and then transferred to a 14 h daylength with 100 µE m–2 sec–1 light intensity at 21 °C. Kinetin (2.5 mg l–1) had no significant influence on tuber formation. However, its addition together with paclobutrazol (0.001 mg l–1) significantly enhanced tuberization. Paclobutrazol alone stimulated early tuber initiation and inhibited stem growth. Despite some genotype × treatment interactions, all genotypes (from very early to late and wild type) formed the maximum proportion of explants bearing microtubers on the media containing both plant growth regulators.  相似文献
