Flaxseed is a rich source of α-linolenic acid and phytoestrogens, mainly lignans, whose metabolites (enterodiol and enterolactone) can affect estrogen functions. The present study evaluated the influence of dietary flaxseed supplementation on reproductive performance and egg characteristics (fatty acids, cholesterol, lignans and isoflavones) of 40 Hy-Line hens (20/group) fed for 23 weeks a control diet or the same diet supplemented with 10% of extruded flaxseed. The flaxseed diet had approximately three times the content of lignans (2608.54 ng/g) as the control diet, mainly secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (1534.24 v. 494.72 ng/g). When compared with the control group, hens fed flaxseed showed a similar deposition rate (72.0% v. 73.9%) and egg yield. Furthermore, there was no effect of flaxseed on the main chemical composition of the egg and on its cholesterol content. Estradiol was higher in the plasma of the control group (1419.00 v. 1077.01 pg/ml) probably due to the effect of flaxseed on phytoestrogen metabolites. The plasma lignans were higher in hens fed flaxseed, whereas isoflavones were lower, mainly due to the lower equol value (50.52 v. 71.01 ng/ml). A similar trend was shown in eggs: the flaxseed group had higher level of enterodiol and enterolactone, whereas the equol was lower (198.31 v. 142.02 ng/g yolk). Secoisolariciresinol was the main lignan in eggs of the flaxseed group and its concentration was three times higher then control eggs. Flaxseed also improved the n-3 long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids of eggs (3.25 v. 0.92 mg/g egg), mainly DHA, however, its oxidative status (thiobarbituric reactive substances) was negatively affected. In conclusion, 10% dietary flaxseed did not affect the productive performance of hens or the yolk cholesterol concentration, whereas the lignans and n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid content of eggs improved. Further details on the competition between the different dietary phytoestrogens and their metabolites (estrogen, equol, enterodiol and enterolactone) should be investigated.  相似文献

The effect of dietary soy protein and flaxseed meal on metabolic parameters was studied in two animal models, F344 rats with normal lipid levels and obese SHR/N-cp rats with elevated levels of cholesterol and triglyceride. The rats were fed AIN 93 diet differing only in the source of protein. The rats were fed either 20% casein, 20% soy protein or 20% flaxseed meal. Plasma was analyzed for cholesterol, triglyceride, uric acid, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine and total protein. In both strains of rats, flaxseed meal significantly decreased plasma cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations. The effect of soy protein on lipids was not as striking as that of flaxseed meal. Flaxseed meal also lowered uric acid in F344 rats and BUN in SHR/N-cp rats. Since cholesterol, triglyceride and uric acid are independent risk factors for cardiovascular disorders, our data show that both flaxseed meal and soy protein may have beneficial effects. Which chemical constituent(s) of flaxseed meal or soybean is (are) responsible for the beneficial effects need to be identified.  相似文献

The enterolignans enterolactone and enterodiol are phytoestrogens that are formed from plant lignans by microorganisms in the human colon. Enterolignans circulate in plasma as conjugates. We hypothesized that conjugation of enterolignans takes place in colon epithelial cells, and studied the time course of uptake and metabolism of enterolactone and enterodiol in three human colon epithelial cell lines. In addition, the conjugates were identified by mass spectrometry with accurate mass measurement (LC/QTOFMS/MS). Intracellular levels of conjugated enterolactone and enterodiol in HT29 cells rose immediately after starting the exposure. This was accompanied by a rapid decrease in free enterolactone and enterodiol in the exposure medium of HT29 and (un)differentiated CaCo-2 but not of CCD841CoTr cells. Conjugation and excretion of enterolactone and enterodiol was complete within 8 h, except for enterodiol in CaCo-2 cells ( approximately 48 h). Enterolactone appears to be more rapidly metabolized and/or excreted than enterodiol, and also the appearance of conjugated enterolactone in medium is less affected by the presence of enterodiol than vice versa. Total (free plus conjugated) enterolignan concentrations remained constant throughout the experiments. Three conjugates were identified in exposure medium of HT29 cells: enterolactone-sulfate, enterolactone-glucuronide, and enterodiol-glucuronide.Taken together, our data suggest that phase II metabolism of enterolactone and enterodiol already may take place during uptake in the colon and that colon epithelial cells may be responsible for this metabolism.  相似文献

Both fish and flaxseed oils are major sources of different n-3 fatty acids. Beneficial effects of fish oil on posttransplantation complications have been reported. The current study aimed to compare the effects of flaxseed and fish oils in a rat cardiac allograft model. Male Fischer and Lewis rats were used as donors and recipients, respectively, to generate a heterotopic cardiac allograft model. Animals were randomly assigned into three groups and fed a diet supplemented with 1) 5% (wt/wt) safflower oil (control, n = 7), 2) 5% (wt/wt) flaxseed oil (n = 8), or 3) 2% (wt/wt) fish oil (n = 7), and an intraperitoneal injection of cyclosporine A (CsA; 1.5 mg.kg(-1).day(-1)) over 12 wk. Body weight, blood pressure, plasma levels of lipids, CsA, select cytokines, as well as graft function and chronic rejection features were assessed. Body weight and blood CsA levels were similar among the groups. Relative to controls, both treated groups had lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure and plasma levels of macrophage chemotactic protein-1. Treatment with fish oil significantly (P < 0.05) lowered plasma levels of triglycerides, total cholesterol, and LDL-cholesterol. HDL-cholesterol concentrations were significantly higher (P < 0.05) in the flaxseed oil-treated group compared with the other two groups. Both flaxseed oil and fish oil may provide similar biochemical, hemodynamic, and inflammatory benefits after heart transplantation; however, neither of the oils was able to statistically significantly impact chronic rejection or histological evidence of apparent cyclosporine-induced nephrotoxicity in this model.  相似文献

The Effects of Flaxseed Oil on Cadmium-Induced Oxidative Stress in Rats   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In the present study, the effects of flaxseed oil on the oxidant–antioxidant system in cadmium intoxication were investigated in rats. Forty-eight male Wistar albino rats were divided into four equal groups (group 1). No treatment was applied to the control group. On the other hand, groups 2, 3, and 4 were administered with 0.1 ml/rat/day (~500 mg/kg bw) flaxseed oil by gavage into the stomach, 50 ppm of cadmium (~4 mg/kg bw) in ad libitum drinking water, and 0.1 ml/rat/day flaxseed oil plus 50 ppm of cadmium, respectively, for 30 days. At the end of the study, malondialdehyde and nitric oxide levels and catalase, superoxide dismutase, and glutathione peroxidase activities were measured in blood and tissue (liver, lung, kidney, brain, heart, and testes) samples. While malondialdehyde and nitric oxide levels increased in the group given cadmium compared to the control group; in the meantime, there were some significant changes in antioxidant enzyme activities. These changes were observed, the trends of decrease or increase compared to the control group. There were positive changes in parameters of the group given with flaxseed oil plus cadmium compared to the group receiving cadmium alone, in other words, values were seen coming close to control group. As a result, cadmium exposure caused oxidative damage to erythrocytes and organs at varying rates, while flaxseed oil reduced the severity of cadmium-induced lipid peroxidation. Therefore, it was concluded that flaxseed oil can be used among compounds as a therapeutic agent or food additive for prophylaxis in cadmium intoxication.  相似文献

Dietary flaxseed has been shown to have potent antiatherogenic effects in rabbits. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the antiatherogenic capacity of flaxseed in an animal model that more closely represents the human atherosclerotic condition, the LDL receptor-deficient mouse (LDLrKO), and to identify the cellular mechanisms for these effects. LDLrKO mice were administered a regular diet (RG), a 10% flaxseed-supplemented diet (FX), or an atherogenic diet containing 2% cholesterol alone (CH) or supplemented with 10% flaxseed (CF), 5% flaxseed (CF5), 1% flaxseed (CF1), or 5% coconut oil (CS) for 24 wk. LDLrKO mice fed a cholesterol-supplemented diet exhibited a rise in plasma cholesterol without a change in triglycerides and an increase in atherosclerotic plaque formation. The CS mice exhibited elevated levels of plasma cholesterol, triglycerides, and saturated fatty acids and an increase in plaque development. Supplementation of the cholesterol-enriched diet with 10% (wt/wt) ground flaxseed lowered plasma cholesterol and saturated fatty acids, increased plasma ALA, and inhibited plaque formation in the aorta and aortic sinus compared with mice fed a diet supplemented with only dietary cholesterol. The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and the inflammatory markers IL-6, mac-3, and VCAM-1 was increased in aortic tissue from CH and CS mice. This expression was significantly reduced or normalized when flaxseed was included in the diet. Our results demonstrate that dietary flaxseed can inhibit atherosclerosis in the LDLrKO mouse through a reduction of circulating cholesterol levels and, at a cellular level, via antiproliferative and anti-inflammatory actions.  相似文献

A total of 32 lactating Holstein cows with mean body weight of 622 kg (s.e. = 24) were allotted, at week 25 of lactation, to eight groups of four cows blocked for similar days in milk. The objective of the experiment was to determine the effect of feeding four dietary concentrations (0, 50, 100 or 150 g/kg of dry matter) of whole flaxseed, which contains the plant lignan precursor secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG), on concentrations of two mammalian lignans (enterodiol and enterolactone) in milk. The effects of the four diets on feed intake, milk production, milk composition and digestion were also studied. Cows within each block were assigned to one of the four isonitrogenous and isoenergetic total mixed diets and the experiment was carried out from week 25 to 29 of lactation. Diets were fed for ad libitum intake. Enterolactone was the mammalian lignan, of the two metabolites studied, detected in the milk of cows and its concentration in milk tended (P = 0.08) to increase linearly with higher intake of SDG in the diet. Feed intake, milk yield and milk composition were similar among diets. Milk fatty acid profile was slightly improved by feeding flaxseed, as shown by higher concentrations of fatty acids (e.g. n-3) recognized as being beneficial for human health. Those results suggest that feeding of whole flaxseed may result in changes in milk fatty acid composition and enterolactone content, which offer benefits for consumers.  相似文献

Most of the investigatory studies of cytokine production by cells have been performed on purified cells or cell lines by measuring the secreted cytokine levels in the bulk culture supernatant. However, results of cytokine production from isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) cultivated in synthetic media, have been reported to be inaccurate and of low reproducibility. Isolation procedures have been shown to be toxic to certain cells. We hypothesised that purified cell culture techniques may result in increased levels of apoptosis of cells compared with whole blood culture techniques. To compare the effects on cell viability between PBMCs and whole blood techniques, an Annexin V binding assay was utilised. The effect of different cell concentration and serum/plasma concentrations on apoptosis levels in the various leukocyte subsets in PBMC and whole blood cultures following stimulation was investigated. There were significantly increased levels of apoptosis of cells in PBMC compared to whole culture at similar plasma concentrations, suggesting that cell viability was plasma concentration-dependent. There were significantly increased levels of apoptosis in PBMC cultures at the same cell concentration to whole blood techniques, suggesting that interaction between all cellular elements (as in whole blood techniques) is important in maintaining cell viability. These results suggest that whole blood culture techniques provide the best conditions for study of leukocyte cytokine production. If PBMC culture is performed, similar plasma and cell concentration to whole blood will best preserve cell viability.  相似文献

It is generally assumed that steroid hormones are carried in the blood free and/or bound to plasma proteins. We investigated whether blood cells were also able to bind/carry sex-related hormones: estrone, estradiol, DHEA and testosterone. Wistar male and female rats were fed a cafeteria diet for 30 days, which induced overweight. The rats were fed the standard rat diet for 15 additional days to minimize the immediate effects of excess ingested energy. Controls were always kept on standard diet. After the rats were killed, their blood was used for 1) measuring plasma hormone levels, 2) determining the binding of labeled hormones to washed red blood cells (RBC), 3) incubating whole blood with labeled hormones and determining the distribution of label between plasma and packed cells, discounting the trapped plasma volume, 4) determining free plasma hormone using labeled hormones, both through membrane ultrafiltration and dextran-charcoal removal. The results were computed individually for each rat. Cells retained up to 32% estrone, and down to 10% of testosterone, with marked differences due to sex and diet (the latter only for estrogens, not for DHEA and testosterone). Sex and diet also affected the concentrations of all hormones, with no significant diet effects for estradiol and DHEA, but with considerable interaction between both factors. Binding to RBC was non-specific for all hormones. Estrogen distribution in plasma compartments was affected by sex and diet. In conclusion: a) there is a large non-specific RBC-carried compartment for estrone, estradiol, DHEA and testosterone deeply affected by sex; b) Prior exposure to a cafeteria (hyperlipidic) diet induced hormone distribution changes, affected by sex, which hint at sex-related structural differences in RBC membranes; c) We postulate that the RBC compartment may contribute to maintain free (i.e., fully active) sex hormone levels in a way similar to plasma proteins non-specific binding.  相似文献

Rats were exercised on a treadmill (9.14 m/min) in a hot environment (34.5 degrees C, 30% rh) until a rectal temperature of 42.0--42.5 degrees C was reached. Analysis of plasma constituents in subsequent serial blood samples demonstrated a highly significant inverse correlation between lactate concentration (P less than 0.001) and potassium levels (P less than 0.005) in blood samples taken immediately postexercise when both of these were correlated to survival time. Alternatively, plasma creatine phosphokinase (CPK) activity in these samples, although significantly elevated over control levels (P less than 0.001), was not correlated with either survival time or lactate-potassium concentrations. When fluid was administered prior to the run and immediately thereafter to repress pathological effects, there occurred no changes in plasma lactate and potassium levels between the postrun sample and a second sample taken 60 min later, while CPK levels were significantly reduced (P less than 0.01) in the second sample. However, levels of all three indices were significantly elevated (P less than 0.01) in a third sample taken terminally despite the fact that the animals were restrained and sedentary during this interval. These findings indicate that the hyperthermic injury may have had fundamental pathological effects on metabolism and membrane integrity producing lactacidemia and hyperkalemia of sufficient magnitude to compromise cardiovascular performance.  相似文献

1. Physiological stress in animals may impose a limit for investment in current reproduction in the wild. A brood manipulation experiment was conducted in a population of blue tits Cyanistes caeruleus to study the effect of parental effort on changes in two types of proteins related with stress: the blood stress protein HSP60 and the plasma immunoglobulins. 2. Levels of HSP60 were reduced across the experiment for females attending reduced broods, and females attending enlarged broods experienced a reduction of immunoglobulin levels. Moreover, the overall changes in the levels of both proteins were positively related. 3. By controlling for the change in immunoglobulin levels we found an increase in HSP60 for females in the enlarged treatment, presumably to offset deleterious effects derived from increased effort. 4. Maternal effort was able to partially compensate for the effect of treatment as nestlings did not differ in mass and levels of immunoglobulins and HSP60 among treatments. 5. Physiological stress as reflected in stress and immunoglobulin proteins may limit maternal effort in breeding blue tits.  相似文献

In this work we tested human mononuclear cells as a peripheral marker to study neurotoxicity of phenylalanine (Phe). Slices of cerebral cortex of rats or human mononuclear cells were incubated with different concentrations of Phe and/or Ala in the presence of 32P-orthophosphate, the cytoskeletal fraction was extracted, and the radioactivity incorporated into intermediate filament proteins was measured. Our results show that 2 mM Phe as well as 1 mM Ala are effective in increasing the 32P in vitro incorporation into IFs in both tissues. When cerebral cortex slices or mononuclear cells were incubated with different concentrations of Phe and/or Ala, the effects on the 32P in vitro incorporation into IF proteins was compatible with an antagonistic mechanism of action of the two amino acids on the enzymes of the phosphorylating system. In addition, these blood cells may be a possible peripheral marker to study neurotoxicity of Phe in patients with PKU.  相似文献

Abstract: This is a study of the effects of a single “therapeutic” dose of glycerol [2 g(22 mmol)/kg i.p.] on brain carbohydrate and energy metabolism in normal nursing weanling mice. Findings were correlated with brain water and electrolyte content and with metabolite changes in plasma, red blood cells, and liver. Plasma glycerol levels peaked at 21 mM 7.5 min after injection and returned to the control value, 0.16 mM, by 2 h. Plasma Na+ concentration decreased and plasma protein increased for as long as 2 h after injection. Although red blood cells were freely permeable to glycerol, there was no evidence for glycerol metabolism in these cells. Glycerol levels in liver paralleled those in plasma. Glycerol injection increased liver glucose concentration 23% and doubled hepatic glycerol-1-phosphate levels. Liver ATP levels were reduced 24% after glycerol injection. Brain water concentration was significantly reduced from 7.5 min to 30 min after glycerol injection; brain Na+ and K+ levels were unchanged. There was no evidence for glycerol entry into brain (the amount detected in brain tissue could be explained by the glycerol content in the blood of the brain). While plasma glucose increased 33%, brain glucose increased 87%. Concomitantly there were statistically significant increases in fructose-1,6-diphosphate, lactate, α-ketoglutarate, and malate levels. The disproportionately high brain glucose value suggests increased transport of glucose from the blood to the brain. Increases in fructose-1,6-diphosphate, lactate, α-ketoglutarate, and malate are compatible with an increased metabolic flux in the glycolytic pathway and Krebs citric acid cycle. As has been previously shown for urea and/or mannitol, these changes may result from the effects of the hyperosmolar glycerol solution on the blood-brain barrier and on cerebral glucose utilization. The sustained lowering of plasma Na+ concentration after a single “therapeutic” glycerol injection suggests a need for monitoring plasma Na+ levels in the clinical situation. Possible lowering of hepatic ATP levels by the use of glycerol in humans is another concern.  相似文献

The effects of sampling and short-term storage of blood samples on the blood parameters of rainbow trout were evaluated by comparing values obtained from resting fish sampled via cannulae and from fish sampled by cardiac puncture. Sampling stress causes an increase in haematocrit value and a decrease in mean cellular haemoglobin concentration, indicating red cell swelling. These changes are aggravated by consecutive storage of samples. Also, blood ionic balance is affected. The K+ concentration of plasma increases and plasma Cl concentration decreases owing to sampling. During storage the plasma K+ concentration decreases far below resting levels in samples taken by cardiac puncture, whereas plasma Cl level returns to pre-stress levels. Owing to the sampling- and storage-induced changes in blood parameters, care must be taken to ensure that similar sampling procedure is employed throughout to allow reliable comparisons between groups to be made.  相似文献

Exercise induces changes in circulating pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines. The aim was to investigate the effect of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) diet supplementation on the plasma cytokine levels and on the peripheral mononuclear (PBMCs) cells cytokine production after a training season or an acute bout of exercise. Fifteen male soccer players were randomly assigned to a placebo or an experimental group. The experimental group consumed an almond-based beverage enriched with DHA, whereas the placebo group consumed the same beverage without DHA. Three blood samples were taken: in basal conditions at the beginning of the nutritional intervention and after eight weeks of training season in basal and post-exercise conditions. The DHA content increased in erythrocytes after 8 weeks of training and supplementation. Neither diet supplementation with DHA nor training season altered the basal plasma cytokines and growth factors. Only acute exercise significantly increased plasma IL6 in experimental and placebo groups. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) activation induced the inflammatory response in PBMCs, with a significant production rate of TNFα, IL6 and IL8 mainly after acute exercise. DHA supplementation significantly reduced the rate of TNFα and IL6 production by stimulated PBMCs. Acute exercise increased the Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) protein levels in PBMCs, although the increase was only statistically significant in the placebo group. In conclusion, a training season does not induce significant changes in the circulating cytokine profile in well-trained soccer players. Exercise increases the PBMCs cell capabilities to produce cytokines after TLR4 stimulation with LPS and this rate of cytokine production is attenuated by diet DHA supplementation.  相似文献

The study reported here demonstrates that a flaxseed-supplemented diet causes ovarian tumors in the laying hen to undergo apoptosis, resulting in a reduction of tumor burden, reducing the frequency and severity of ovarian cancer. We have previously shown in normal ovaries that flaxseed and its components down-regulate ERalpha and alter the expression of enzymes that metabolize estrogen. In this study, we analyzed the effects of the two main components of whole flaxseed, ligan and omega 3 fatty acids on estrogen metabolism and the estrogen receptor in ovarian tumors. ER alpha expression was up-regulated in the ovarian tumors and was not affected by diet. Liver CYP1A1 expression was significantly increased by the whole flaxseed diet with a corresponding increase in 2-methoxyestradiol plasma levels. We also observed increased p38 and ERK 1/2 MAPK activation in the ovary as well as an increase in apoptosis in the tumor epithelium. SMAD 7, a factor involved in the 2-methoxyestradiol-mediated apoptosis pathway was also up-regulated in tumors from the whole flaxseed diet group. 2-methoxyestradiol-induced antitumor effects were further validated by in human ovarian cancer cells. This study details the effect of flaxseed diet on estrogen metabolism and demonstrates the antiovarian cancer effects of 2-methoxyestradiol.  相似文献

Lignans are natural products, some of which were recently discovered in animal urines, semen and blood plasma. We investigated the actions of animal lignans obtained by total synthesis or extracted from urines of pregnant women on Na+, K+-ATPase in human red cells and human and guinea-pig heart cell membranes. Some of the tested lignans (enterolactone, prestegane B and 3-O-methyl enterolactone) inhibited Na+, K+-pump activity in human red cells with IC50 ranging from 5 to 9 X 10(-4) M. The IC50 for ouabain (7 X 10(-7) M) was not modified by addition of lignans. Enterolactone inhibited Na+, K+-ATPase activity in human and guinea pig heart membranes. It also displaced [3H]-ouabain binding from human heart with IC50 = 1.5 X 10(-4) M. The apparent dissociation rate constants (kd) of [3H]-ouabain were not different in presence of digoxin or enterolactone. Enterolactone exhibited a poor cross reactivity against antidigoxin antibodies. The aglycones of the lignans studied here were slight inhibitors of the Na+, K+-ATPase. However, we cannot exclude that a glycosyl- (and/or butenolide-) derivative of enterolactone could be one "endogenous ouabain-like" factor.  相似文献

To test whether the protective effects of attenuated simian immunodeficiency virus vaccines in macaques were applicable to the human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1)-chimpanzee system, two groups of animals, previously infected with HIV-1(IIIB) or HIV-1(SF2) were each challenged with a heterologous clade B virus, HIV-1(DH12). Following challenge, the parameters measured included virus isolation (from plasma, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, and lymph node tissue); quantitative DNA PCR using primers capable of distinguishing HIV-1(IIIB), HIV-1(SF2), and HIV-1(DH12) from one another; and serologic assays to monitor changes in binding and neutralizing antibodies. In contrast to an HIV-1-naive chimpanzee that rapidly became infected following the inoculation of HIV-1(DH12), the two chimpanzees previously infected with HIV-1(IIIB) resisted repeated and escalating inoculations of HIV-1(DH12), as monitored by virus isolation and PCR. The two animals previously infected with HIV-1(SF2) became infected with HIV-1(DH12) but in contrast to the case with the HIV-1-naive chimpanzee, no cell-free viral RNA was detected in the plasma by the branched DNA procedure and levels of peripheral blood mononuclear cell-associated viral DNA were reduced 35- to 50-fold.  相似文献

Oral contraceptives (OC) and postmenopausal hormone therapy (HT) modulate plasma levels of proteins that regulate blood coagulation. It remains unclear whether the progestin component contributes to these changes. The present study was designed to determine whether progestins modulate two essential plasma anticoagulants, antithrombin (AT) and tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI), in an animal model. Ovariectomized rats were treated orally with three progestins, norethindrone acetate (NETA), trimegestone (TMG), or drospirenone (DSP), either alone or combined with 17alpha-ethyinylestradiol (EE). Plasma AT levels were unchanged. However, TFPI activity was reduced by EE alone (10-100 microg/kg/day) in a dose-dependent manner; NETA (3 or 10 mg/kg/day) reduced TFPI by approximately 40 or approximately 80%, respectively, while TMG and DSP had no effect. NETA and EE effects were blocked by co-administration of ICI-182,780, an estrogen receptor antagonist, suggesting that both responses were likely estrogen receptor-mediated. Reduced TFPI after NETA or EE treatment was not accompanied by changes in TFPI mRNA levels in tissues that express TFPI, but there was a positive correlation between plasma TFPI and total cholesterol. Sex hormone effects on TFPI in this model and as reported in women may help to shift the coagulation balance to a more prothrombotic state. Progestins such as TMG and DSP that lack estrogenic activity could potentially have an improved clinical profile.  相似文献
