Abstract: | This regular issue of BTJ includes the new section “Biotech Methods”, and features articles on nanofibers and biofilms. The cover illustrates the technique of electrospinning, which is applied for the production of artificial filaments that can be organized to mats, which has many applications such as wound coverning or for stabilization of bioprinting/3D tissue units.
