马拉硫磷和敌百虫混用和轮用的研究:淡色库蚊的酯酶同功酶与抗性的关系

摘    要:
用马拉硫磷和敌百虫单独处理30代和31代的淡色库蚊,见到对马拉硫磷和敌百虫的抗性分别为敏感品系的286和303倍,而以马拉硫磷和敌百虫轮用(32代)和混用(31代)处理的品系对马拉硫磷和敌百虫的抗性均在70倍以下。 离体酶的活性测定和酯酶同功酶的酶谱分析均表明,抗性品系体内羧酸酯酶活力高于敏感品系;酸性磷酸酯酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶的活力两者差异不显著,可见马拉硫磷和敌百虫的抗性主要和羧酸酯酶活力的增长有关。

Abstract:
In Culex pipiens pattens, the F30 selected by Malathion (strain RM) and the F31 selected by Dipterex (strain RD) developed 286 fold and 303 fold resistance toward Malathion and Dipterex respectively. The F31 selected by the mixture (strain MD) and the F32 selected by rotational treatment of these two insecticides (strain M-D) developed resistance on moderate levels towards either Malathion or Dipterex. The car-boxylesterase activities were found to be considerably stronger in the adult mosquitoes of the resistant strains (RM, RD, MD, and M-D) than in those of the susceptible strain (strain S), as manifested in the enzymologic determination in vitro as well as in the esterase zymograms of electrophoresis. The phosphatase zymograms showed six bands in the S, RM, MD and M-D strains but four bands in the RD strain. There was no conspicuous difference in the cholinesterase activities and in the cholinesterase zymograms in the different strains of this mosquito.
