| Abstract: | The cover of this regular issue of BTJ shows fluorescence microscopy images of bacteria along with their processed counterparts after CellShape analysis. While the former are simple raw images, the latter reveal important quantitative information e.g. intensity contours and spots. Altogether, they form a complete dataset from which we can accurately interpret cellular fluorescent signals.
