| Abstract: | Glutamine synthetase was localized in leaves and cotyledons of young tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) plants using immunogold techniques coupled to transmission electron microscopy. The enzyme occurs only in chloroplasts and is most probably a stroma constituent. |
