摘    要: 以亚热带常绿阔叶林下一种常见的灌木富贵草(Pachysandra terminalis)为研究对象,利用气体交换和叶绿素荧光技术研究了其对模拟光斑的光合响应。在同样辐射通量(非光抑制)的情况下,光合诱导过程的快速组分时间内光斑可以提高富贵草对光斑的利用能力(光斑诱导的碳同化量可高出对照48%)。叶绿素荧光测量结果表明:1)光斑与光斑之间的暗期发生了qN弛豫过程;2)暗期之后的光期光化学能量转换效率提高。这两个原因可能是快速组分时间内光斑诱导富贵草的碳同化量提高的主要原因之一。强光光斑簇可以诱导富贵草光抑制

Abstract:Sunflecks, which penetrate through the canopy, have been proven to be of great ecophysiological importance. Plants show enhanced photosynthesis capacities under fluctuant light, but these capacities exhibit remarkable variation among species and individuals. However, little is known if the primary photosynthetic process has effects on the subsequent carbon metabolism under fluctuant light regime. In this study, the photosynthetic responses to simulated lightfleck clusters were examined for a shrub (Pachysandra terminalis) common to the understorey of subtropical forests, using the gas-exchange and Chl a fluorescence techniques. The photosynthetic light response curve indicated that P. terminalis is a typical shade species. With the same total photon flux (under non-photo-inhibition condition), lightflecks resulted in higher lightfleck utilization efficiency (LUE) (total carbon gain was 48% higher when the total photon flux=198 mmol*m-2) compared to continuous light. Both lightfleck clusters and continuous light with the same high light intensity (1500 μmol*m-2*s-1) induced photo-inhibition, but the degree of photo-inhibition with lightflecks was lower than that with continuous light (FV/FM of strong lightflecks was 5.3% higher that of strong continuous light, when the total photon flux=45 mmol*m-2).
