ASA提高小麦抗旱性生理效应的研究

摘    要:本文研究了外源ASA对小麦的抗旱生理作用。结果表明:在水分胁迫下,ASA可缓解小麦水分下降趋势,提高叶绿素和蛋白质含量,抑制O2-的增加,同时提高保护酶的活性,ASA处理还可降低水分胁迫下外渗电导率,对膜起保护作用。

Abstract:The physiological effects of wheat droughtresistance ability treated by extrinsic ASA was studied. Result showed that under water stress, ASA can alleviate the trend of water decrease of wheat, improve the contents of protein and chloropyll, inhibit the increase of O2, in the mean time it can enhance activities of protecting enzyme. ASA also can decrease outflowed conductivity under water stress and protect the membrane.
