| Abstract: | The nonradioactive in situ hybridization with anti digoxigenin goldand silver enhancement method was used to locate the exogenous gene on cheomosomes of transgenic pigs. After development, the gold silver particles could be easily detected via a light microscope. The experimental results demonstrated that the exogenous gene in the transgenic pig was integrated on chromosomes randomly. |
