| Abstract: | The male Redclaw Crayfish(Cherax quadricarinatus) with initial body length of 10.5 cm were fed with artificial diets containing different levels of cholesterol(0,0.25%,0.50%,0.75%,1.00%) for 10 weeks.Hepatopancreas digestive enzymes and testis AKP,LDH,ATPase were measured.The results showed that group 2 had the best growth index and the highest trypsin activity.There was no significant difference in lipase activity among groups 2,3,and 4,but lipase activities in these three groups were higher than those in ... |
