除草剂丁草胺对常见稻田蜘蛛毒性的测定及对其生长发育的影响

摘    要:采用浸渍法测定了除草剂丁草胺对室内饲养的4种稻田蜘蛛拟水狼蛛(Pirata subpiraticus)、拟环纹豹蛛(Pardosa pseudoannulata)、锥腹肖蛸(Tetragnatha maxillosa)和食虫沟瘤蛛(Ummeliata insecticeps)的毒力,以及对拟水狼蛛生长发育的影响.结果表明,高剂量的丁草胺对稻田蜘蛛有较强的杀伤力,丁草胺对4种蜘蛛半致死浓度由高到低依次为:拟环纹豹蛛>拟水狼蛛>锥腹肖蛸>食虫沟瘤蛛,食虫沟瘤蛛对丁草胺最敏感,LC50为9.61605 mg/L.用2mg/L丁草胺溶液作为水源喂养的拟水狼蛛体重、雌雄性比(3:2)、幼蛛成活率(43.4%)均远小于对照组,其3~6龄总历期延长了10d,经统计检验与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),可见丁草胺对蜘蛛生长发育有显著影响.
