大鼠表皮细胞的体外培养及纯化方法

根据表皮细胞和成纤维细胞对胰蛋白酶敏感性、贴壁时间及要求不同的，采用胰蛋白酶消化法和反复贴壁法相结合，能有效清除成纤维细胞的混合生长，获得纯化的表皮细胞。本方法经济、简便、实用。

Method of Cultivation and Purification of Rat Epidermal Cells in Vitro

According to the susceptivity to trypsin,the time and requirement needed for anchorage in the epidermal cells are different from that in the fibroblasts. The method of combination trypsin digestion with repeated anchoring was used effectively to culture and purify epidermal cells in the mixture of epidermal cells and fibroblasts.It is proved that this method is more economical,simplified and more practical than others.
