| Abstract: | A very simple,fast method for extracting high quality genomic DNA from different tissues of animal is described.The method does not require expensive and environmentally hazardous reagents and equipment.The amount of tissue required by this method is about 50?mg.The quantity and quality of the DNA extracted by this method is high enough for performing thousands of PCR\|based reactions of other DNA manipulation such as restriction digestion,Southern blot and cloning. |
