| 摘 要： | 为探讨豹猫(Prionailurus bengalensis bengalensis)脾的组织结构,进一步研究豹猫的生物学特性并为其保护提供基础资料。作者用Nikon80研究显微镜观察了豹猫脾的形态结构,并对其进行常规组织学H.E染色、观察。结果发现,豹猫有副脾,两个脾形态上大致相同,其解剖位置、颜色、硬度及弹性均正常。豹猫脾呈扁椭圆形,被膜较厚,小梁发达。动脉周围淋巴鞘发达;脾小结发达并形成生发中心。脾窦不甚发达,腔隙小,形状不规则;含有大量网状细胞和巨噬细胞。
