鬣羚食性的研究

2002～2004年采用检查自然死亡个体的胃内容物和在野外直接观察鬣羚（Capricornis sumatraensis）采食植物种类中的两种方法，在陕西佛坪国家级自然保护区对鬣羚的食性进行了研究。在38只死亡鬣羚的胃内容物和49个采食地中共记录到鬣羚采食的植物121种，其中木本植物72种，占食物种类的60％；草本38种（包括2种竹子），占31％；其余11种分别为藤本3种、苔藓和蕨类6种、菌类2种，占9％。鬣羚在夏季采食的植物种类最多，有92种；冬季采食的只有43种。植物的嫩枝和树叶是鬣羚的主要食物。在研究地区中，鬣羚和羚牛食物重叠比例超过30％，冬季重叠的比例高达48％。

Food Habits of Serow

Food habit of Serow(Capricornis sumatraensis) was checked by examining contents of 38 stomach and 49 feeding sites during 2000-2004 in Foping National Nature Reserve,Shaanxi,China.Total of 121 species of plant are recorded,which are 72 species of shrubs and trees,38 species of herbs,6 species of moss and ferns,3 species of vines,and 2 of mushrooms.The food items eaten during summer are as many as 92 species,the less food items of 43 species are recorded in winter.Serow fed mainly on twigs,shoots and leaves of the plants year round.At the study area,above 30% of the food items of serow are also foraged by Golden Takin(Budorcas taxicolor bedfordi).While,the common food items of the two species are up to 48% during winter.Potential competition for food could be expected between Serow and Takin during winter.
