东北羊草草原土壤微生物生物量的季节变化及其与土壤生境的关系

摘    要:本文研究东北羊草草原土壤微生物生物量的季节变化规律。根据实测数据,利用MV/6000电子计算机构造了趋势方程,并作了F检验,F0.25=2.68,F0=193.99,效果良好。以此为基础可以进行预测预报。同时利用MV/6000电子计算机绘制三维空间趋势面图形,直观地反映了东北草草原土壤分解微生物生物量的季节变化规律。实验结果证明,土壤温度、水分对土壤微生物的生物量影响同等重要。

Abstract:his paper deals with the patterns of seasonal variation in the biomass of soil decompos-er microbes in the Leymus chinensis grasslands in northeast China. The data were collected byfield study and then used on a MV/6000 computer to construct contour equations which weresubject to F tests,giving better results with F_(0 .25)=2.68 and F_0=193.99. On this basis,theprediction and forecast on the biomass of soil decomposer microbes or even on the degree oforganic matter composed could be made by giving a certain factor,such as soil moisture orsoil temperature,which was found to have a pronunced effect on the biomass of soil decom-poser microbes. A threedimentional contour diagram was drawn by using the same computerto visually reflect the seasonal variation patterns of soil decomposer microbes biomass in thegrasslands studied. The results show that both soil moisture and temperature were equallyimportant in affecting the biomass of soil decomposer microbes. In the Leymus chinensisgrasslands in northeast China, there was a best period from May to early October duringwhich the number of soil decomposer microbes were multiplied, thus improving the decom-position of organic residues from animal and plant in soil and keeping the natural ecologicalbalance ,under the conditions of well maintaining the soil habitat. The highest peak of thebiomass was found to occur in August.
