播期对春箭筈豌豆种子质量的影响

对春箭豌豆 (Vicia sativa) 4个品系 ,2 a共 7个播期收获的种子进行了发芽率、千粒重、电导率的测定和带菌率的统计 ,并测定了主要种带真菌的致病力。结果表明 ,2 0 0 0年不同播期收获的种子在千粒重、带菌率、电导率、发芽率之间存在显著性差异 (p<0 .0 5) ,晚播导致种子质量的下降。但在 2 0 0 1年不同播期收获的种子除个别品系表现出显著差异 (p<0 .0 5)之外 ,其他品系各播期之间并无明显差异。真菌接种试验表明 ,除细交链孢 (Alternaria alternata)外 ,青霉 (Penicillium sp.) ,大刀镰孢(F usarium culmorum) ,厚垣镰孢 (F.chlamydosporum) ,粉红单端孢 (Trichothercium rosen) 4种真菌都不同程度地降低了种子的萌发和幼苗的生长。其中以大刀镰孢、厚垣镰孢对种子的危害最大 ,降低萌发率分别达 2 6%和 44%。
