摘    要:通过室内培养实验研究了1,3-二氯丙烯对土壤中微生物数量和土壤酶活性的影响,以评价其环境生态效应.结果表明,1,3-二氯丙烯熏蒸土壤后,各浓度处理对土壤真菌数量有强烈的抑制作用;对土壤细菌和放线菌的影响开始均表现为抑制作用,然后抑制作用减弱,逐渐表现出一定的激活作用.1,3-二氯丙烯熏蒸土壤后,高浓度处理对土壤脲酶表现为抑制-激活作用;低浓度处理表现为激活-抑制-激活作用.对蔗糖酶表现为激活-抑制作用,且抑制率逐渐增大.对过氧化氢酶表现为抑制-激活作用,50 d后施药土壤和对照组土壤的过氧化氢酶活性基本趋于一致.

Abstract:The effects of 1,3-dichloropropene on the number of microbial population and activities of the urease, invertase and hydrogen peroxidase in the soil were studied in this study. The results indicated that, upon application as soil fumigation, 1,3-dichloropropene at each concentration tested had significant inhibitory effect on soil fungal population; however, their effects on soil bacteria and actinomyces were significantly inhibitory at the beginning, then decreased later on and finally became stimulating effect. The effects of 1,3-dichloropropene on soil urease were dosage-dependent. When soil was fumigated with high concentrations of 1,3-dichloropropene, the effects were firstly inhibition and then stimulation, while those treated with low concentrations of 1,3-dichloropropene showed stimulation-inhibition-stimulation effect. The levels and sustained time of inhibition and stimulation were proportional to the concentrations of 1,3-dichloropropene. The effects of 1,3-dichloropropene on the activities of soil invertase were stimulatory at first, and then it become inhibitory, which was increasing with time. The effects of 1,3-dichloropropene on soil hydrogen peroxidase activities were inhibition-stimulation. The activities of soil hydrogen peroxidase in both soils treated with 1,3-dichloropropene and those of CK tended to be similar 50 days after treatment.
