重金属对蚯蚓胃肠道上皮细胞超微结构损伤的研究

摘    要:重金属污染区的白颈环毛蚓(Pheretinecalifornica)胃肠道粘膜上皮细胞损伤的透视电镜观察,结果表明,重金属的轻污染区以及中,重污染区的新蚯蚓胃肠道粘膜上皮细胞均发生了不同程度的损伤,表现为上皮细胞的核周腔扩大,甚至解体, 时可见一线粒体肿胀,凝聚及线粒体嵴消失呈空泡变,高尔基复合体,内质网扩张,溶酶体增生,这些病变随污染程度的不同而不同,重污染区比轻污染要严重。

Abstract:The ultrastructure of the mucosa epithelium cell in the gasterointestional tract of theearthworm Pheretime califonia in the heavy metal polluted soil with TEM were observed inthis paper.The results indicated that the ultrastructure of mucosa epithelium cell of P. califonica wasdamaged obviously in slightly and heavely polluted area. Their pathological feature showed theperinuclear space of the cell expanded, mitochodria swelled or isoagglutined, mitochondiacristae dissappeared or appeared vacudar structure, both Goli body and RER arised swellingand lysosome increased These pathological changes of the cell were more serlous in the seri-ouly polluted area than in the slightly polluted area.
