| Abstract: | A new species of the genus Friesea (Collembola, Neanuridae) with 6 anal spines F. buyunisp. nov. from China is described and illustrated. It is very similar to F. subterranea Cassagnau, but differs in having a furcal vestige with 6 microsetae and the kind of anal spines. A key for the species with 2 eyes per side is given. New locality records for F. lijangensis are given. |
