中国东南沿海裸鞘花水母一新属及三新种记述

记述了采自中国东南沿海台湾海峡南部、福建南部东山湾和福建东部宁德三都湾裸鞘花水母1新属——拟长管水母属Dipurenella gen.nov.和3新种,即刺胞海帽水母Halitiara knides sp.nov.,东山拟长管水母Dipurenella dongshanensis sp.nov.和粗管外肋水母Ectopleura crassocanalis sp.nov.。详细描述其形态特征,并与近似种进行比较。模式标本保存于厦门大学海洋与环境学院。

ONE NEW GENUS AND THREE NEW SPECIES OF ANTHOATHECATA FROM THE COAST OF SOUTHEAST CHINA

The samples of Anthoathecata were collected from the south of Taiwan Strait (21°40’-23°38’N,116°47’-118°56’E) in July 2005,and from neritic water of Dongshan Bay and Sandu Bay of Fujian at Aug. 2007 and May 2008 respectively. One new genus,Dipurenella gen. nov.,and three new species of Anthoathecata i.e.,Halitiara knides sp. nov.,Dipurenella dongshanensis sp. nov. and Ectopleura crassocanalis sp. nov. are described. All type specimens are deposited in the College of Oceanography and Environmental Science,Xiamen University. The specific diagnoses of the three new species are as follows.Halitiara knides sp. nov. (Figs 1-3)Umbrella conical-shaped,with short and narrow apical project; manubrium voluminous,length about two-thirds of bell cavity,jointed to radial canals by mesenteries for 4/5 of their length; mouth quadrangular with 4 simple lips; "gonad" large,filling interradial position completely; four radial canals with rather thick,and one narrow circular canal; 4 perradial marginal tentacles with conical base,without ocelli; between each pair of marginal tentacles 5-7 short solid cirri-like tentacles without bulbs,but with club-shaped terminal nematocysts clusters.Etymology. Knides,Latin. means nematocyst clusters. The species name refers to the cirri-like tentacles with club-shaped terminal nematocysts clusters.Dipurenella gen. nov. Umbrella dome-shaped; manubrium long,extending well beyond umbrella margin; gonads divided in three rings around manubrium; 4 radial canals and 1 circular canal; with marginal bulbs presenting large adaxial pads of cnidocysts; 4 perradial tentacles similar with abaxial pedunculated cnidocyst knobs and bifurcating at their end,each branch provided with a terminal cnidocyst knob; without ocelli.Type species:Dipurenella dongshanensis sp. nov.Etymology. The genus name Dipurenella is similar to genus Dipurena,but with long manubrium extending beyond umbrella margin and gonads divided in three rings around manubrium.D. dongshanenis sp. nov. (Figs 4-7)Umbrella dome-shaped,jelly medial; manubrium long,three times as large as the bell cavity and consists of three parts,i.e. basic,medial and distal parts connected by thin tubes; gonads with transverse furrows surrounding the basic part of manubrium; 4 radial canals and 1 ring canal; with marginal bulbs presenting large adaxial pads of cnidocysts without ocelli; 4 perradial tentacles with 6 long pedunculated cnidocysts knobs and one bifurcating at their ends; each branch provided with a terminal cnidocyst knob.Etymology. Dongshanensis,Latin. means Dongshan. The species name refers to the first collected from Dongshan Island of China.Ectopleura crassocanalis sp. nov. (Fig. 8)Umbrella pear-shaped,with blunt apical projection; eight tracks of nematocysts on exumbrella; manubrium big,about as long as bell cavity; a conical apical chamber; exumbrella without longitudinal ridges; with 4 equally sized perradial marginal bulbs and two tentacles,each tentacles with 8-9 nematocyst swellings on the abaxial sides; with 4 thick radial canals in which with granular materials.Etymology. Crassocanalis,Latin. means thick canal. The species name refers to the medusa with 4 thick radial canals.
