摘    要:本文对从小冰麦异附加系中选育出的两个抗锈品系小冰麦33号,小冰麦34号及其原始亲本新曙光一号和抗源供体天兰冰草进行了RAPD分析,确定了小冰麦33号和小冰麦34号是含一段冰草DNA的易位系,文中还讨论了RAPD做为一种准确,快速鉴定易位系的方法的可行性。

Abstract:To identify two rust resistant Wheat-wheatgrass No.33 and No.34 derived from a whea'-grass aline addition line, we analyzed them and their parents (commom wheat Xinshuguang No. 1 and wheatgrass) by RAPD method. The results suggest that Wheat-wheatgrass No.33 and No.34 are both translocation lines and their resistant genes come from wheatgrass. Furthermore, RAPD is a simple, rapid and efficient method for the identification of translocation lines.
