| 摘 要： | 本文首次报道了一种新型旱稻昆植Ｓ－１两用核不育系的花粉败育过程。当不育系处于不育临界光温条件以下时，花粉母细胞减数分裂的末期Ⅰ和末期Ⅱ，不能形成细胞板，从而不能形成正常的二、四分体，而形成４、６、８、１６或更多的多核细胞。这些多核细胞形成花粉壁后发生核解体，内含物渗出，花粉粘连，败育。基于以上的特点，称之为“核增生型”花粉败育途径。
