谷类作物的胚乳是三倍体组织,胚乳性状受3N遗传控制。本文分析了胚乳性状的遗传特征,建立了相应的遗传模型,推导了世代群体的平均数分量,并提出了研究胚乳性状基因效应的一些简单的交配设计。

Genetic Models and Generation Means for Endosperm Traits

In cereals,a good deal of characters which relate to the quality factors,such as amylosc content and gelatinization temperature in rice,protein content and amino acid proportion in wheat,gum content in barky and sugar content in sweet corn,entirely or mostly appear in endosperm.They could also be named as the endosperm traits.Tke endosperm is a triploid tissue.The expression of its traits is under triploid genetic control and essentially different from that of 2N tissue.Based on the genetic feature of the traits,the genetic models were established,the components of generation means in selfing crops were presented,and some simple mating designs for exploring genie effects on endosperm traits were proposed accordingly.
