棉酚对鼠类生精细胞LDH-X活性的影响

摘    要:本文测定了连续饲喂棉酚达6周的大鼠和小鼠的生精细胞的LDH-X活性。结果表明,棉酚能够明显地抑制大鼠成熟精子的LDH-X活性;而对睾丸LDH-X活性的抑制,与对照相比,无显著性差异。在小鼠中,未发现棉酚对成熟精子及睾丸生精细胞中的LDH-X活性产生具统计学意义的抑制作用。本文结合精子发生过程及LDH-X的特殊功能,对棉酚抗生育作用的可能机理进行了讨论。

Abstract:Rats and mice were fed with pure gossypol acetic acid 30 mg/kg daily,excluding Sundays.At the end of the 6th week,testes and mature sperms were collected.LDH-X isoenzyme activity of testis homogenates and mature sperm extracts of rats and mice were measured respectively.The results showed,that the activity of LDH-X of sperm in rats were markedly decreased in the treated group,but it was almost unaffected by gossypol in mice.Our result was consistent with the difference of antifertility effect of gossypol between rats and mice.Therefore,it is deduced that LDH-X may be one of the target enzyme of the gossypol action.And the difference of antifertility effect of gossypol between different animals may be due to the distinct action of gossypol on its target enzyme.There was no significant difference in testicular LDH-X activity in rats compared with control group.It is possible that gossypol also affect the testicular LDH-X activity,but at the same time it caused the increase of the synthesis of LDH-X,and thus compensate for the descrease in enzyme activity.The result that in vivo gossypol has no effect on LDH-X activity of the mouse testis and sperm is agreed with its antifertility effect.Our in vivo results provide reliable information to the research of gossypol.
