摘    要:研究了水分胁迫下Ca2 + 对提高番木瓜 (穗中红 )幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明 ,用 0 .5~ 2 .5mmol/L的CaCl2 喷施番木瓜幼苗 ,能有效提高其叶片可溶性糖含量和POD及SOD活性 ,降低相对电导率 ,减缓叶绿素的分解。CaCl2 处理对Chl.a的保护效果显著 ,而对Chl.b则无明显影响。其中以 1 .5mmol/L的CaCl2 对提高番木瓜幼苗的抗旱性效果最好

Abstract:Papaya (Carica papaya L.) seedlings were sprayed with CaCl 2 (0.5~2.5 mmol/L) before water stress. The results showed that CaCl 2 pre-treatment before water stress could increase POD and SOD activity and soluble sugar content, alleviative cell membrance leakage and chlorophyll decomposition. CaCl 2 treatment effect on protection to Chl.a was obvious but ineffective to Chl.b. Among the treatments the effect of CaCl 2 treatment with 1.5 mmol/L was the best.
