| 摘 要： | 用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析分离的方法 ,从中越猕猴桃 (Actinidiaindochinensis)的根部分分离得到 6个化合物 ,根据其理化性质和波谱分析 ,分别鉴定为 :2α,3α,2 4 三羟基 1 2 烯 2 8 齐墩果酸 (Ⅰ ) ,2α,3α 二羟基 1 2 烯 2 8 乌苏酸 (Ⅱ ) ,2α,3α ,1 9α 三羟基 1 2 烯 2 8 乌苏酸 (Ⅲ ) ,熊果酸 (Ⅳ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (Ⅴ ) ,和 β 胡萝卜甙(Ⅵ )。化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中获得。其中化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ为首次从该属植物获得。

| Abstract: | Solvent extract and silica gel column chromatography were used to isolate the constituents from the root of Actinidia indochinensis Merr.Six compounds were isolated and identified as:2α,3α,24-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅰ),2α,3α-dihyroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅱ),2α,3α,19α-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅲ),ursolic acid(Ⅳ),β-stitosterol(Ⅴ) and β-claucosteorl(Ⅵ)by spectral data and physicochemical properties. Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ were isolated from Actinidia L. for the first time. |
