摘    要:以丹参、绞股蓝、三七为材料,分别采取CTAB法和SDS法提取基因组DNA,并通过紫外分光光度法和琼脂糖凝胶电泳对所提取的DNA样品进行检测,将它们在DNA产量、质量等方面的优缺点进行总结。结果表明,CTAB法能从丹参、绞股蓝中提取高质量的DNA,而三七的DNA更适合用SDS法提取。

Abstract:CTAB method and SDS method were used to extract genomic DNA from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge,Gynostemma pentaphyllum and Panax notoginseng.The DNA samples obtained by the above methods were tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and agarose gel electrophoresis.Based on the comparative analysis of yield and quality of the DNA samples by different methods,CTAB method was found to be optimal to produce high quality DNA from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and Gynostemma pentaphyllum,SDS method was more effective to Panaxnotoginseng.
