竹叶吉祥草(鸭跖草科)的核型研究

摘    要:本文对鸭跖草科的竹叶吉祥草(Spatholirionlongifolium(Gagnep.)Dunn)进行了染色体研究.其染色体大型,数目为2n=20;核型公式为2n=4sm+14st+2t(sat).为首次报道。这支持了竹叶吉祥草属和竹叶子属是两个亲缘关系较近,但同时又是两个分明不同的属的观点。

Abstract:In this paper,chromosomes of 2n=20=4sm+14st+2t (2sat) were reported for Spatholirion longifolium (Gagnep.) Dunn (Commelinaceae). The original basic chromosome number of the genus Spatholirion was inferred to be x=5, since its closest ally, the monospecific genus Streptolirion, has somatic chromosome number 2n=10, and thus the basic chromosome number x=5. In chromosome morphology,however, Spatholirion is sharply distinguishable from Streptolirion by having the two largest subterminal-centromeric chromosomes and the two smallest submedian-cen-tromeric ones in the complement. Therefore, on the one hand, cytological evidence indicates the close relationship of the two genera, and on the other hand, supports their separation.
