铝对水稻幼苗生长和生理的影响

摘    要:以不同浓度的铝处理水稻幼苗 ,研究铝对水稻幼苗的生理生化效应。结果表明 ,5 0 μmol·L 1的铝对水稻幼苗生长有促进作用 ,高于 5 0 μmol·L 1后 ,随着铝浓度的增加 ,植株生长明显受到抑制 ,株高、根长、鲜重和干重均下降 ;叶片叶绿素含量和SOD活性下降 ,POD活性先上升后下降 ,细胞膜透性增大。表明高浓度铝的毒害 ,导致体内保护酶活性受到抑制 ,膜系统受到伤害 ,从而影响水稻幼苗的生长。

Abstract:The effect of growth and physiological functions of different concentration Al on the hybrid rice seedling was studied. The results showed that the growth of rice seedling was promoted at 50 μmol·L~(-1) of Al. But the seedling height, root length, fresh weight and dry weight decreased,rice growth distinct was inhibited, and the content of chlorophyll, activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased. Peroxidase (POD) had a resistant peak and decreased afterward, and cell membrane permeability increased when the concentration of Al were increased,which indicated that activity of protective enzyme such as SOD、POD decreased. The membrane system had been damaged by toxic of Al, so rice seedling growth was inhibited.
