| 摘 要： | 用高效液相色谱法测定银杏叶及提取物中银杏内酯Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ和白果内酯的含量。采用Ｃ１８分离柱，示差检测器，甲醇：水（３３：６７）为流动相，方法回收率平均达９７％以上，变异系数（ＣＶ）为２．１％。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method had been developed for the determination of Ginkgolide A. B. C andBilobalides in Ginkgo biloba levaves and it's extract. A C18column using methanol, water (33: 67) asmobile phase, and RI detector was used. The results have shown that the-recoveries are over 97%and CV is 2. l%. |
