摘    要:脂蛋白酯酶(lipoprotein lipase, LPL)是调节甘油三酯代谢的关键酶,在动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,As)的发生发展中起重要作用。LPL产生部位的差异决定了其具有促As作用还是抗As作用。其次,不同因素对LPL的调控也会使LPL对As产生相反的作用效果。本文综述了LPL在As发生发展中的作用机制以及不同因素对LPL的调控机制,对于As的防治具有重要意义。

Abstract:Lipoprotein lipase(LPL) is a key enzyme that regulates triglyceride metabolism and plays an important role in the development of atherosclerosis(As). The difference of its producing position determines whether LPL has the effect of promoting As or suppressing As. In addition, the regulation of LPL by different factors will also cause the opposite effect of LPL on As. This review summarizes the specific mechanism of LPL on As and the regulation mechanism of different factors on LPL, which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of As.
