内源性硫化氢及其生物学效应

摘    要:硫化氢(hydrogen sulfide,H2S)是一种具有臭鸡蛋刺激性气味的无色有毒气体,目前被认为是继一氧化氮和一氧化碳之后的第三个气体信号分子,参与体内多种生理及病理过程,具有广泛的生物学效应。H2S已成为当前生物学及医学领域一项崭新的研究课题,受到越来越多科研人员和制药企业的重视。本文就H2S近年来的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:Hydrogen sulfide (H2S), a gas with the characteristic odor of rotten eggs, is known for its toxicity and as an environmental hazard. Alongside nitric oxide and carbon monoxide, H2S is referred to as the third endogenous gaseous transmitter which regulates an array of physiological processes and plays important roles in the pathogenesis of various diseases. H2S has become a new research topic in biology and medicine fields recently. This review mainly focuses on the research progress of H2S.
