影响临床路径完成率因素分析与对策建议

目的 探讨影响临床路径完成率的因素并采取相应的改进措施,提高临床路径完成率。方法 采用鱼骨图,分析影响临床路径完成率的根本原因,针对原因依据PDCA循环持续改进,不断提高临床路径完成率。结果 临床路径完成率与医务人员对临床路径的认识、临床路径系统的设置、临床路径质控方法等因素有关,采取相应改进措施后,临床路径完成率由29.4%增加到80.0%。结论 正确认识临床路径并采取有效的管理措施能够提高临床路径完成率,从而保证临床路径实施质量,为提高医疗质量和保障患者安全打基础。

Analysis and Countermeasures Suggestions of Influencing Factors of Clinical Pathway Completion

Objective To explore the factors influencing Clinical Pathway completion and take the corresponding improvement measures, and then improve the clinical pathway completion. Methods Analyzing the root causes of Clinical Pathway completion by the use of fishbone diagram, and making continuous improvement in view of the reasons based on PDCA cycle, meanwhile, making the Clinical Pathway completion improve constantly. Results Clinical Pathway completion rate was relevant with the personnel understanding of Clinical Pathway, setting of Clinical Pathway system, Clinical Pathway quality control methods and so on. After taking corresponding improvement measures, clinical pathway completion rate increased from 29.4% to 80.0%. Conclusion The correct understanding of Clinical Pathway and effective management measures can improve the Clinical Pathway completion. In this way, it can ensure the quality of Clinical Pathway implementation, what is more important, it can lay the foundation to improve medical quality and protect the safety of patients.
