生长素和细胞分裂素在调节豌豆根系缺铁反应中的作用

摘    要:在水培条件下研究了生长素和细胞分裂素对两种基因型豌豆根系铁还原力的影响。结果表明,去顶,顶端涂抹NAA和茎基部涂抹CME都不影响豌豆根系铁还原力。茎尖,茎基部和根系的IAA、Z/ZR含量与根系铁还原力之间没有明显的相关性。

Abstract:The effects of decapitation,NAA supply to the apical parts of CME to the stem base on root iron reducing activity and changes in concentration of IAA and Z/ZR in different organs were investigated in nutrient solution.The results showed that decapitation,NAA of CME supply did not have significant effects on iron reducing activity of pea roots.The concentration changes of endogenous IAA and Z/ZR were not consistent with that of root responses.These results suggested that NAA,IAA or Z/ZR might not be responsible for regulation of root responses to iron deficiency in pea plants.
