摘    要:以内蒙古不同生态区的冷蒿(Artemisia frigida)为研究对象,采用碱性石碳酸品红染色法和核型分析标准,对冷蒿染色体进行了观察分析.结果表明:冷蒿染色体数目有2n=18和2n=36两种倍性,在冷蒿的原种和变种中均有二倍体和四倍体类型.

Abstract:The tested materials were Artemisia frigida from different ecological areas of Inner Mongolia.The chromosomes of A.frigida were studied using the methods of basic carbolic fuchsine dyeing and the standards of karyotype analysis.The results showed that:the numbers of chromosomes of A.frigida have two ploidy:2n=18 and 2n=36;both A.frigida and A.frigida var.atropurpurea have diploid and tetraploid.
