摘    要:运用水培试验法研究不同营养水平对黄芪幼苗根系活力和游离氨基酸组成及含量的影响。结果表明:缺素显著降低黄芪根系活力,不同营养处理游离氨基酸含量差异显著,游离氨基酸总量的变化规律为叶片>根,各处理游离氨基酸总量为-K>-P>NPK>-N。全素处理与缺素处理相比,能提高根系活力、协调根冠比。黄芪幼苗通过提高体内游离氨基酸含量以增强对营养胁迫逆境的适应能力。

Abstract:Hydroponics was employed to study the effects of different nutritional levels on root vigor and free amino acid composition and content of Astragalus membranaceus seedlings.The results indicated that nutrient deficiency significantly reduced the vigor of Astragalus membranaceus roots,the free amino acid contents in different nutritional treatments significantly differed,the total free amino acid amount increased in the order of leaf>root,and the total free amino acid content in various treatments increased in the order of-K>-P>NPK>-N.The treatments with a complete set of nutrients could increase root vigor and harmonize root/shoot ratio compared with the nutrient deficiency treatments.Astragalus membranaceus seedlings strengthened their adaptability to the adverse environments characterized by nutrient stress by increasing the amino acid content in their bodies.
