非惩罚性报告系统在给药错误管理中的效果研究

?????? 目的 探讨非惩罚性报告系统在护士给药错误管理中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析某三级乙等综合性医院2006—2012年给药错误报告资料，对实施非惩罚性报告系统前后给药错误的报告和管理情况进行系统的总结和分析。结果 自2008年建立了非惩罚性报告系统以来，护士给药错误报告意识增强，漏报率下降，报告及时性提高，报告人群从护士长普及到临床一线护士，同类给药错误事件发生率下降。结论 建立非惩罚性报告系统，增强护士给药错误的报告意识，护理管理人员能够获得真实数据和信息。

Research of the Effect of Punitive Reporting System in the Management of Drug Error

?????? Objective To discuss the effect of punitive reporting system in the nurses giving medicine error management. Methods Medicine error report material of a level 3 grade B comprehensive hospital from 2006 to 2012 is retrospectively analyzed, and the punitive reporting system before and after drug error reports and management situation is summarized and analyzed. Results Since the establishment of the punitive reporting system in 2008, the nurse giving medicine error report consciousness enhanced, the rate of the fail report dropped, the report timeliness improved from the head nurse popularity to clinical nurse, and the error rate of same medicine declined. Conclusion The punitive reporting system should be established, and the nurses giving medicine wrong report consciousness be enhanced, to make nursing administrators gain actual data and information.
