基于基本医疗服务服务量的县级医院财政补偿方式探讨

Exploration of Financial Compensation in the County Level Hospital Based on Basic Medical Service Quality

The county level public hospital reform is key as well as a breakthrough to the reform of public hospital. The paper begins with the present situation of financial compensation in the county level public hospital, then gives the service with total amount of services and unit of basic medical services hospital financial compensation methods, to reasonably compensate for county hospital providing basic medical service costs and to promote the sustainable development of hospital.
