不同苗龄梭梭根系分泌物组分分析

摘    要:以梭梭幼苗为供试材料,采用循环灌溉技术收集梭梭不同苗龄近自然状态下根系分泌物,利用气相色谱质谱联用技术分析了根系分泌物的组分和含量,探讨梭梭幼苗不同发育时期根系分泌物的差异.实验结果表明:不同苗龄梭梭幼苗根系分泌物化合物的种类组成相似,主要由酚醌类、醛酮类、醇类、有机酸类、酯类和胺类化合物组成;30 d梭梭幼苗根系分泌物主要以有机酸和酯类化合物为主,占梭梭幼苗根系分泌物总量的81.57%;60 d梭梭幼苗根系分泌物主要以酯类和含氮化合物为主,占梭梭幼苗根系分泌物总量的65.08%.

Abstract:The root secreta of Haloxylon ammodendron(C.A.Mey.) Bunge seedlings of different ages,which grew under nearly natural conditions,were collected through cyclic irrigation and the components and component contents of the secreta were determined by Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry to examine the differences of root secreta of H.ammodendron seedlings at different developmental stages.It was showed that the root secreta of H.ammodendron seedlings at different ages contained similar chemical compounds,which were mainly phenols,quinones,aldehydes,ketones,alcohols and organic acids,esters and amines;organic acids and esters dominated in root secreta of H.ammodendron seedlings at the age of 30 days making up 81.57% of the secreta;esters and nitrogenous compounds dominated in root secreta of H.ammodendron seedlings at the age of 60 days,making up 65.08%.
