普通小麦与粗山羊草正,反交的育性研究

摘    要:普通小麦与粗山羊草杂交需借助幼胚培养方可获得杂种,取授粉12~16天的幼胚进行拯拯救,成苗率较高,效果较好。而不同杂交方式对共杂种成胚率、成苗率及思胚拯救率影响很大。以普通小麦为母本,粗山羊草为父杂交时,15个杂交组合平均杂种成胚率,成苗率及幼胚拯率分别为5.35%和58.73%,而在12个反交组合中,其平均成胚率,成苗率及幼胚拯救率分别为98.88%、17.10%和24.44%。由此可见,普通小

Abstract:The immature embryos must be rescued in order to get the hybrids between T.aestivum and Ae.tauschii ,and the ratio of seedlings established by rescuing embryos with 12~16 days after polination was high.Different cross methods affected the ratios of embryos obtained,seedlings established and immature embryos revived.37 hybrid plants were obtained from 10 original cross combinations by means of embryo rescue when Triticum aestivum as female parent was crossed with Aegilops tauschii .Their average ratios of embryos obtained,seedling established and embryo revived were respectively 5.35%,3.14% and 58.73% in 15 cross combinations.However,when Ae.tauschii as female parent was crossed with T.aestivum (reciprocal cross),the ratios of embryos obtained was 86.86%,nearly equal to interspecific seed set and further higher than that in original cross,in 15 reciprocal cross combinations.33 hybrid plants were abtained in 12 reciprocal cross combinations by means of embryo rescue,their average ratios of seedling established and embryo revived were respectively 17.10% and \{24.44%\}.This result showed that the ratio of seedling established in original cross was lower than that in reciprocal cross,whereas the ratio of embryo revived in original cross was higher than that in reciprocal cross.
