摘    要:利用基于反转录转座子(IRAP)的分子标记技术分析了59份烤烟品种间遗传差异。结果表明,根据烟草反转录转座子Tnt1、Tto1、Tnd-1序列设计的5个引物共扩增出151条带,其中多态性带145条。每个引物检测到多态性带10~51条,平均为29条。供试材料间遗传相似系数变幅为0.140~0.760,平均为0.540。通过聚类分析可将参试品种分为14个类群,国内大多数推广品种、育成品种被聚在类群,说明其遗传基础比较狭窄;地方品种翠碧1号、小黄金1025、黄苗榆和净叶黄等各自聚为独立的类群,可利用它们作为杂交亲本来拓宽烤烟品种的遗传基础。

Abstract:The genetic differences of 59 flue-cured tobacco varieties were examined by retrotransposon-based IRAP markers.The results showed that 151 bands were amplified with five primers designed according to the sequences of the retrotransposons Tnt1,Tto1 and Tnd-1 and 145 of the bands were polymorphic.The number of the polymorphic bands that each primer could be used to detect ranged within 10~51 averaging at 29.The genetic similarity coefficients among the tested varieties ranged between 0.140 and \{0.760\} averaging 0.540.The tested varieties could be divided into 14 groups by UPGMA and most of the varieties extended and bred in China belonged to the first group,which indicated that these varieties of China had a narrow range of genetic basis;Cuibi 1,Xiaohuangjin 1025 and Huangmiaoyu,landrace varieties,formed independent groups and they could be exploited as the breeding parents to widen the genetic basis of domestic flue-cured varieties of China.
