薄荷花蜜腺的发育解剖学研究

摘    要:薄荷的花蜜腺位于花盘上,属花盘蜜腺。蜜腺由分泌表皮、产蜜组织组成,其下分布有通向子房壁的维管束。分泌表皮的角质层薄,具腺细胞特征,气孔发育正常。产蜜组织为2-3层细胞组成,与其内的薄壁组织有明显区别。蜜腺由花盘发育中表皮及其内的细胞分化发育而成。在开花前后,分泌表皮和产蜜组织的细胞内液泡和淀粉粒呈有规律的变化。蜜汁以渗透方式从表皮细胞直接渗出。

Abstract:The four-lobed disc nectary of Mentha haplocalyx is at the base of ovary. The nectary iscomposed of an epidermis and 3-4 layers of nectariferous tissue which lacks special vascularbundle. The thin-cuticle and normal stoma exist in the epidermis.The epidermal cells whichare characterized by glandular cell and 2-3 layers of nectariferous are obviously different fromparenchyma cells. By intercallary meristematic activity the epidermis and 2-3 layers of cellsbeneath the epidermis of the disc develop into the nectary, During the different developmentstages of the nectary,the content of starch grains and vacuolation in the cells of epidermisand nectariferous tissue regularly change. The stored starch serves as the main source of nec-tar sugars. It is suggested the nectar is secreted through the permeable thin-cuticle of the epi-dermal cells.
