Use the anthers of Triticale AHIO01 F_8 which are in different developmental stage. Under TEM observation, during the stage of microspore mother cell, the endothecium contain a lot of amyloplasts, and also have some lamellae. In tetrad stage, the amyloplast became smallish, and the llamellae became more, and appeared denth fibers, and also have rough-endoplasmic reticulum and ribosome. In mononuclear microspore stage, the amyloplast reduced and other organoids increased. In mature microgametophyte stage, in the lamellae fill of fib- rous bundles and other organoids disappeared.
