臭氧对辣椒不同发育时期光合作用的影响

EFFECTS OF OZONE ON PHOTOSYNTHESIS OF HOT PEPPER (Capsium annuum L.)IN DIFFERENT STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT

The plants of hot pepper at seedling, flower bud, blooming and fruiting stages were fumigated twice with 0.12 ppm of O_3 at 17 hrs intervals. The first fumigation was carried out for 7 hrs and the second was made for 24 hrs. It was concluded that the O_3 could inhibit photosynthesis of hot pepper at any development stage. The inhibited degree of photosynthesis differed in different stages, i. e. seedling>blooming>flower bud>fruiting stage. The maximum volume of inhibition was 56.30%. The photosynthesis inhibition resulted in yield decrease 48.86% in comparison to control. This yield loss was comprehensive affects caused not only by photosynthesis, but also by various factors. It was also observed in this experiment that the inhibition of O_3 on photosynthesis of hot pepper did not disappear at seventeenth hours after stopping fumigation, expressing a certain after-action.
